Have you already tried reaching out directly to our support team? If so, a ticket would have been created and I recommend replying directly to it for further clarification on why your store is unavailable.
If you haven't had a chance to contact our support team, you can head to our Help Center to create a support request. Through our help center you can reach our support team via chat, email or scheduling a callback. I recommend this as our support team will be able to authenticate your account and take a closer look to see if there are any issues. We are not able to authenticate or provide account specific information via our Community Forums, however I'll be happy to answer any other questions you may have.
