Hi @btexter513,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. We are MooseDesk, a comprehensive Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App designed to elevate your customer support experience.
Congrats on your new store! Your store looks stunning. I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. However, I have some comments to make the good get even better. Here are some of my recommendations for better customer experience, please kindly check.
1. Tab Display and Favicon:
Currently, the entire website link is displayed in the browser tabs. Instead, displaying the store name would help users identify your site more easily among multiple tabs.
This is the section I mention:
Ensure that the favicon image reflects your store logo. This will enhance brand recognition and make your store memorable.
2. Background and Font Color:
The current background gradient color contrasts sharply with the font color, making it difficult for users to navigate and read the content. Consider using a solid color that isn’t too overpowering, with white or black font color for better readability.
3. Navigation Menu:
The navigation menu should include your store logo in a more suitable size. The current image is not your logo and is too large, drawing attention away from the navigation links.
Arrange the navigation links in a single line to make it look more professional and user-friendly.
4. Hero Section:
Enhance the hero section with a high-quality banner image that clearly represents your products. Include an engaging description to capture visitors’ attention and encourage them to explore further. The current description is not very compelling and may not clearly convey why customers should purchase from your store.
Here is an example for you:
5. Product Collection Section:
Instead of displaying all products, provide an overview of the different product lines. The homepage should not showcase specific products but give a general idea of what your store offers.
You should follow this layout:
6. Remove Redundant Section:
There is a redundant section on your homepage that should be removed to streamline the user experience.
This is the section I mention:
7. About Us Section:
Revamp this section by balancing text with images. The current layout has long paragraphs that might discourage customers from reading it. Including images can help build an emotional connection with customers, increasing their trust and interest in your store.
8. Testimonial/Review Section:
Adding a testimonial or review section will help build trust and credibility, making customers more likely to purchase from your store.
9. Product benefits section:
Change the name of the FAQ section on the homepage to 'Product Benefits' and revamp it to highlight the advantages of your products. Emphasize the unique selling points and the exceptional quality of your services to differentiate yourself from competitors. The current layout contains long paragraphs, which users may not read entirely.
Here is an example for you:
10. Sign-In Section:
Transform the “Sign in with Shop” button into a section with a heading and content explaining the benefits of signing in to your store. A standalone button might confuse customers.
11. Footer:
Revamp the footer to include a sitemap for easier navigation and contact information to reinforce your legitimacy as a store.
You can follow this example:
12. Product Collection and Product Page:
The current color combination (yellow font/white font on pink background) is hard to read. Opt for a more readable color scheme. Provide detailed product descriptions rather than general overviews. Detailed descriptions help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
13. Product Images:
Incorporate product images with backgrounds or mockups. This will make the products more appealing and help customers visualize them better.
14. FAQ and Contact Us Pages:
Revise these pages and consider adding a widget for customers to send inquiries or engage in live chat for better customer service.
