Hey! I officially launched my store about 2 days ago, with all the necessary edits, i also started using tiktok ads to get traffic to the store, i have had a few add to carts but I am still not getting any sales.  Would appreciate if you guys could give me any tips to convert traffic to sales.   • Make Visuals Stand Out 👑
    • Use infographics in product thumbnails to show texture, length, and benefits.
    • Add icons for brand USPs (e.g., “Heat Resistant,” “100% Human Hair,” “Tangle-Free”).
  • Build Trust First – Sell Later
    • Display trust badges (e.g., "Salon-Approved," "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed").
    • Add a live chat sticky button for instant support.
    • Use microcopy under product ratings (e.g., “See why 1,000+ customers love us!”)

3. Leverage User-Generated Content (UGC) to Boost Credibility & Sales

I noticed that you're driving traffic from TikTok, which is great! To increase authenticity and build trust, consider adding real customer videos from TikTok directly to your store.

You can implement a similar approach on Supremehairs.beauty by:

  • Embedding TikTok reviews and styling tutorials on the homepage or product pages.
  • Adding a “See It in Action” section featuring real customer videos.
  • Encouraging buyers to share their experience with a branded hashtag.

4. Add a Live chat Support 

I can see that your website lacks a help widget and live chat feature to allow customers to contact you immediately. How about having a powerful live chat to assist potential customers instantly, addressing their questions or concerns in real time? This can help prevent abandonment and encourage purchases

Hello Fikun @Fikunx  My first suggestion is that you add a short high quality video to your product gallery (maybe as an introductory video when customers land on the site, just to make it appear even more aesthetic. 
You can also add an “About Us” section on the homepage so customers can connect better with the background of the store and possible vision that you have, if any in particular.
