Hi @Jameel1 ,

This is Victor from PageFly, the Shopify Landing Page Builder App and I’d like to give my feedback.

Store name and domain

Currently, your site’s name (Trendy G’s) and URL ( doesn’t match it from your logo (COZY). This could possibly affect customers' trust and harm your credibility.

You can consider purchasing a new domain name from Shopify for $14 per year by following the instructions here: Note that this doesn't include email hosting.

Besides, you can also consider external domain registrars.

Your product variants

I noticed that you have 15 variants of this product which is impressive, but when I click on the variant name, the product image does not change accordingly.

This is bad because my expectation was to view the product in the chosen color. It could ruin the shopping experience and cause a bounce.

My suggestion is to check and fix this. You should also check all buttons or CTAs on your site to avoid similar issues.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Best of Luck,

Victor | PageFly Team

Hi @Malikharris25 ,

Just checked your webpage. It seems like you haven’t finished the construction of the website. Hope the suggestions below could help you out.

In a common situation. If you want to get more sales, then you’d better to find a way to attract more traffic and conversion rate. If you want a comprehensive diagnosis, please attach the link to the website. A more specific suggestion will be given.

There are a lot of ways to attract traffic, it can be carried on by advertising, content marketing and SEO, etc. Only if you have enough traffic, can you sell them out to your customers.

The way to get more website traffic can be through advertising, content marketing and SEO. If there is enough traffic on your website, your store can sell products.

You can advertise on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, create content that your customers might be interested in, to attract new customers to your website.

Adjust the navigation bar

It is recommended that you switch the position of the ‘Fitness’ and the ‘Contact’. It is the ‘Fitness’ that help to present your products to customers, the ‘contact’ is just a webpage for users to leave their contact information. So, make sure stress the main body rather than the irrelevant part.

Add Pop-ups

I noticed that you are giving your customers a discount right now.

Putting the information on the top is not obvious as a Pop-ups, which can help to increase trust and credibility and increase the possibility of your customers leaving their emails. Pop-up windows are often used to capture the attention of visitors and encourage them to take specific action, such as making a purchase or signing up for a newsletter. The specific example is shown in the gif below:

Hi @Jameel1,

It's possible that there could be a few different factors at play here. Without more information about your website and the specifics of your checkout process, it's difficult to say for sure what the issue might be. Here are a few potential explanations for why you might be seeing high traffic but no completed purchases:

  • There could be something about your checkout process that is confusing or frustrating for users. This could include a lengthy or complicated form to fill out, a lack of clear instructions or guidance, or unexpected fees or charges.

  • It's possible that the products or services you are offering are not resonating with your target audience. In this case, you may need to reconsider your marketing and branding efforts to better appeal to your intended customer base.

  • There could be technical issues with your website that are preventing users from completing their purchases. This could include problems with the payment gateway, errors on the page, or difficulty navigating the site on certain devices.

  • It's also possible that your website is not secure or trustworthy, which could be causing users to abandon their purchases. Make sure that you have a valid SSL certificate, clear privacy policies, and other trust indicators to help reassure users that their personal and financial information is safe.

Overall, it will likely be necessary to dig deeper and gather more data in order to pinpoint the specific cause of the issue and come up with a plan to address it.

Hi @Jameel1!

I hope you are doing good and welcome to the Shopify Community!

This is MS Web Designer (Top Rated Shopify Certified Experts and eCommerce Consultant from India & Singapore).

Thank you for sharing your store URL as this allowed me to go through your website. You have a beautiful store!

Mentioning a few pointers that I think will be useful:

- Add a Wishlist icon beside your Customer profile icon. This way a customer can save future purchases for later.

- Website needs a favicon

- No Social Media Icons on Home Page? This helps bring in more traffic to your store along with building trust in your store.

- Consider using the 'Coupon Discount on Cart' App from the Shopify App store for all your discounting needs. This App shows all available discounts to the customer right at Cart Page in popup mode. Thus boosting sales.

- Speed Optimization is recommended for your website as its scoring 39 on mobiles and 94 on desktops. A fast website scores 90+. This affects your search engine ranking. Even though your Desktop speed is perfect, remember that most visitors come via mobiles.

- Check your policies for any grammatical errors. Pic below:

That's about all I could notice from a glance at your store.

We'd love to assist you in any way possible!

Hi @Jameel1 ,

This is QuickCEP, an automated and refined marketing software that can help you boost sales.

Just checked your webpage, it seems that your product gives your customer a sense of cosy. The overall vibe is pretty good. However, there are some of the issues you need to pay attention to.

The purpose of a banner is to display a title, a logo, or a promotional message. Banners can be used to identify the purpose of a website or webpage, or to highlight certain features or content. They can also be used to promote products, services, or events. Especially, it helps to create an immersive atmosphere of your webpage, it’s in the position of leaving a good first impression. The atmosphere you create with banner is not as the same as your products, seems like there’s a gap. It’s strongly recommended to change into an attractive one so as to boost the sales.

Make good use of homepage and product page

In your website, it seems like they’ve already mixed. For an online store, the homepage typically serves as a gateway to the rest of the store. It may include links to the store's main categories or departments, featured products, special deals or promotions, and other information that is intended to entice the user to explore the store further.

A product page, on the other hand, is a page on the online store that is specifically dedicated to a single product. It includes detailed information about the product, such as its name, price, specifications, and any available options or variations. The product page may also include product reviews and ratings, as well as a way for the user to purchase the product, such as an "Add to Cart" button. The main purpose of the product page is to provide the user with enough information to make an informed purchase decision.

Add marketing tools

Adding pop-up windows and customer service functions on the website can effectively boost conversion, especially the pop-up windows. Add discount information in the pop-ups to attract your customers to leave their emails effectively. For example, there will be a 20% discount on the first order. The example will be shown as the gif below.

Hello @Jameel1,

I'm Gina - Product Manager at flareAI. flareAI has helped Shopify stores generate $5 million in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.

If it's helpful to you, please let me know by giving it a like or marking it as a solution.

I would like to share a few suggestions while going through your question. I hope my tips will help you provide the solution you are looking for.

1. Add favicon to help visitors locate your page easier when they have multiple tabs open. Also it will add overall branding consistency and their absence might be seen as unprofessional.
2. Add more detailed product description in product pages.
The product description should provide visitors with important information about the features and benefits of the product so they are motivated to buy.
Nothing is happening on clicking 'View detail'.

3. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional. Testimonials allow your satisfied customers to step forward and address the questions and objections that fill the minds of your prospective buyers for you.
4. Add social media for the store to increase the traffic. Having social media for the store will help increase the traffic.
5. A FAQ would be useful to provide quick information to help customers make a purchasing decision and also to reduce the time your employees need to answer simple questions.
6. Add About Us page which is a reflection of the purpose and personality of the business.
7. Add filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they're looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category)
8. Add sorting feature in collection pages for changing the order of any product listing whereby users can choose which criteria they want the products to be listed by.
9. Add average ratings for each product
Including both user rating and number of ratings on the products will help users to make decision whether to buy your product or not.
10. Use Trust Badges
Trust badges are crucial for every eCommerce store. Until people trust you with their credit card information, they won't make a purchase. A few ways to establish trust with potential customers are: Install an SSL certificate in your store, display small images of credit cards and other payment options, add social buttons that take your customers to your social media accounts, display your contact info (phone number, email address, and office address) prominently.
11. Add sticky header
Adding sticky header allow users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them.
12. Add Blogging in the store
Blogging is an amazing way to drive traffic to your website and increase your SEO. The more your blog, the more content the search engines have to crawl and index. This means they can easily recognize that your site is a resource of information for people to access.
13. There is an extra Add to Cart button in the Shop Now page.

14. More importantly, each product's detail should be displayed on separate pages on clicking Shop Now. Now on clicking Shop Now, it is showing all the products and the details on the same page.

Your ongoing SEO efforts can only work if the page is indexed (found) by Google. Unless your site (or store) is many years old and has very few products, there is no guarantee that all the pages you carefully SEO'ed are actually indexed (found) by Google. flareAI automates the update submissions to all the major search engines.
