Hey so I ordered some shoes from here about 4 weeks ago and they had never shown up plus the person who sold me them I think deleted their shopify account and got rid of their email so if you guys know any can you help me.

It's possible you were the target of a scam. Here's what you should do right away, if you haven't already.
Check Your Confirmation Email
Look for your order confirmation email from the seller. It may include a tracking number, order ID, and other contact info.
Contact Your Payment Provider
Credit Card / Debit Card: Call your bank or credit card company and dispute the charge. Mention it's been 4 weeks, no delivery, and the seller has disappeared.
PayPal: If you paid through PayPal, open a dispute in the Resolution Center as “Item Not Received.”
Report the Store to Shopify
Go to Shopify's help page here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/report-aup-violation
Provide as many details as possible: order number, store name/URL, payment proof, and description of the issue.
File a Complaint (Optional)
If the amount is significant, you can file a complaint with your country’s consumer protection agency (e.g., FTC in the U.S.)
Local cybercrime or fraud unit.
