Hey so I ordered some shoes from here about 4 weeks ago and they had never shown up plus the person who sold me them I think deleted their shopify account and got rid of their email so if you guys know any can you help me.

It's possible you were the target of a scam. Here's what you should do right away, if you haven't already. 

Steps to Take:

  1. Check Your Confirmation Email

    • Look for your order confirmation email from the seller. It may include a tracking number, order ID, and other contact info.

  2. Contact Your Payment Provider

    • Credit Card / Debit Card: Call your bank or credit card company and dispute the charge. Mention it's been 4 weeks, no delivery, and the seller has disappeared.

    • PayPal: If you paid through PayPal, open a dispute in the Resolution Center as “Item Not Received.”

  3. Report the Store to Shopify

  4. File a Complaint (Optional)

    • If the amount is significant, you can file a complaint with your country’s consumer protection agency (e.g., FTC in the U.S.)

    • Local cybercrime or fraud unit.
