VERY CONFUSED!!!!

Hello, my name is Michelle and its my very first time on Shopify my store is https://semicircle-no-tie.myshopify.com/?key=4edc16a8caed0f99ee77d503c96512dee5e958a83e5ead0feb0e021... I'm going to try to be as descriptive as possible, so when I was testing out my business page and I was checking out it said to "country/region" and when I went to go click on it, it was blank!!! what do I do? it won't let me time anything or let me move forward with the order!!! I'm very stressed out!! Hope to hear from you soon!!!
