Hi @DD50

Sorry to say but I could not look at your store longer than a few seconds  🙂

That red is killing my eyes, it is really hard for me, not sure how you manage.

In general, you have a good choice of products but you should organize product titles and descriptions a bit.

To be shorter, especially descriptions with long list of images.

And do check other topics, especially one with No sales title, there are mostly similar to your store and there are a lot of good advice that repeat.

Good luck.

Hello @DD50! Kate here from the PageFly Shopify Landing Page Builder App.

I wanted to share a few suggestions that can really enhance your website’s user experience and drive better results. By making these simple adjustments, you can not only engage your visitors more but also boost conversions and make a lasting impression.

1.  Improve Color Scheme:

  • The current red and blue tones clash and may not be visually appealing to your audience.
  • Consider opting for a more cohesive and harmonious color palette to make your website look professional and inviting.

2. Highlight the CTA Button on the Hero Banner:

  • The Call-to-Action (CTA) button in the hero section blends into the background and doesn’t grab attention.
  • Make it more prominent by using contrasting colors, increasing its size, and adding hover effects. This will encourage visitors to take action immediately.

3. Align Product List for Consistency:

  • The product layout in the product list section appears misaligned, which affects the overall aesthetics.
  • Ensure all product images, prices, and titles are aligned properly for a cleaner, more organized look.

4. Enhance the Newsletter Section:

  • The current design of the newsletter section feels dull and uninspiring.

  • Add visual elements like background graphics or an engaging image. Include an enticing incentive like “Sign up now for 10% off your first purchase” to encourage subscriptions.
  • You can check this screenshot for reference:

5. Highlight Product Price More Effectively:

  • Ensure the price stands out by increasing their size and visibility.

6. Add a Sale Promotion to Attract More Customers:

  • Highlight an exclusive sale such as “Limited-Time Offer: Up to 50% Off!” directly on your homepage.
  • Use eye-catching banners or pop-ups with bold text and a countdown timer to create urgency.
  • Promote this sale prominently on the hero section, product pages, and even via email marketing campaigns.

Final Tip:

Reach out to friends, family, and fashion enthusiasts for feedback on your website design. Their honest opinions can help refine your store further.

Good luck! Let me know if you need assistance implementing any of these changes.

Hi @DD50

Your banner image is a little boring, this might be a reason people don't continue to look at your products. You can use an app to make your images more interactive, Shoppable Image Hotspots does this.

The app allows you to add "hotspots" to images. Once a visitor hovers over an image, a link to the product will pop up and take them to the product.

This will increase engagement and sales.

Hi, I’m Wayne from Akohub. We have been working with many brands to run online stores. I have viewed your website and hope our expertise can help you.

Your website showcases comprehensive product information and clear product images, which are essential in helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. However, one area that could enhance the overall user experience is the background color. The current red and blue background can be irritable and may detract from the appealing visuals of your products. A softer or more neutral color palette could create a more inviting atmosphere for visitors.

Additionally, incorporating a loyalty program could significantly benefit your store. Loyalty programs not only reward repeat customers but also encourage them to make additional purchases by offering exclusive benefits such as discounts, early access to new products, or special promotions. This approach fosters a sense of community and appreciation among your customers, which can lead to increased sales and customer retention over time. By creating a loyalty program, you can incentivize customers to return to your store rather than exploring competitors. Moreover, promoting this program through your website and social media channels can generate excitement and engagement, encouraging more visitors to sign up and participate.

Another enhancement would be adding a review section on your product pages. Customer reviews are invaluable as they provide social proof, helping potential buyers feel more confident in their purchasing decisions. I recommend using Judge.me, a popular app that simplifies the process of collecting and displaying reviews, making it easy for you to showcase customer feedback effectively.

Lastly, consider implementing our Ako marketing app to set up your loyalty program seamlessly. This app not only helps you manage rewards and incentives but also integrates smoothly with Judge.me, allowing you to synchronize your review section effortlessly. With our app you can easily customize your loyalty program to fit your brand's unique needs, making it simple for customers to earn points and redeem rewards. By streamlining these processes, you'll save time and resources while enhancing the shopping experience for your customers.

Hi @DD50

I checked out dauntlessdestiny.store, and here are some clear, actionable ways you could improve your store to boost user experience, sales, and overall professionalism:

1. Visual Design and Branding

  • First Impressions: Your homepage design should instantly communicate your brand's vibe. Consider using a high-quality hero banner that reflects your products and mission—this grabs attention and builds trust.
  • Consistent Branding: Ensure your logo, fonts, and color scheme are consistent throughout the site to create a polished look. A mismatched design can confuse visitors or make the store feel less professional.

2. Navigation and User Experience

  • Simplify Navigation: Add clear menu categories to make browsing easy. Think about what your customers might search for and organize products accordingly (e.g., categories like “New Arrivals,” “Best Sellers,” or specific product types).
  • Search Functionality: If you don’t already have one, implement a search bar to help users find products quickly.
  • Mobile Optimization: Check how the store looks and functions on mobile. Many users shop from their phones, so ensure your site is responsive, fast, and easy to scroll through.

3. Product Pages

  • Detailed Descriptions: Each product should have clear, engaging descriptions that explain features, benefits, and why it’s unique. Use bullet points sparingly for clarity.
  • High-Quality Images: Invest in high-resolution images with zoom functionality. If possible, include multiple angles and lifestyle shots to show the product in real use.
  • Customer Reviews: Add a review or testimonial section for social proof. Apps like Loox or Judge.me can help you showcase reviews attractively.

4. Speed and Performance

  • Optimize Load Times: Use tools like Google PageSpeed Insights to check your website’s loading speed. Compress images and reduce unnecessary scripts or plugins to improve performance.
  • Check for Broken Links: Go through the store and make sure all links work. A single broken link can ruin a user's shopping experience.

5. Calls-to-Action (CTAs)

  • Clear CTAs: Use compelling buttons like “Shop Now,” “Explore Our Collection,” or “Add to Cart” to guide users through the purchasing process.
  • Pop-Up for Email Signup: Add a non-intrusive pop-up offering a discount or free shipping for email signups. This builds your email list and encourages conversions.

6. Trust Signals

  • Policies: Make sure your return/refund policy and shipping info are easy to find. These build confidence in new customers.
  • Secure Checkout: Display trust badges (e.g., SSL security) at checkout to reassure buyers their payment is safe.

7. Marketing Features

  • Social Proof Widgets: Highlight recent purchases with apps like Fomo or Proof. Seeing others buy builds trust and urgency.
  • Social Media Links: If you’re active on Instagram, TikTok, or Pinterest, link these accounts and show your feed to give a behind-the-scenes feel.
  • Blog: A blog can drive organic traffic if you post useful content related to your products or niche.

Let me know if you'd like help implementing these suggestions or anything else. If you need other assistance, feel free to reply and I’ll try my best to respond.

Best regards,
Daisy
