Hi All

 

I have just launched my website, and am struggling to convert traffic to sales. I am using social media marketing platforms and am getting link clicks, however they are not converting into sales. Please take a look at my website, and any advise you could give me to improve my store, would be greatly appreciated.

1. Adjust your header and make it stick

 

A sticky header aids smooth navigation as customers scroll on your page. Without it, returning to the menu can be cumbersome, especially on mobile, resulting in inconvenience and potential navigation challenges. Implementing a sticky header enhances user experience and simplifies access to different sections of your website.

2. Improve your hero banner

The hero banner holds immense importance as it is the first visual customers encounter upon visiting your website. It must communicate your offerings within a brief 5-second glance. Although your current images are appealing, there's room for improvement to showcase your attractive products more effectively.

Equally vital is a prominent call-to-action button on the homepage of an online store. This button directs customers to take the desired action, whether it's exploring a collection page, viewing a specific product, or other essential actions.

3. Add more content on your Homepage

  • Brand story section: Crafting a brand story provides insights into your business and elevates your store's professionalism. I found a sample from our template for you here:

  • Social proofs section: Customer reviews serve as evidence of product quality, fostering trust. Display star ratings or showcase reviews with text and photos to strengthen credibility.

4. Don't pass on promotion campaigns

Take advantage of promotion campaigns throughout the year to boost your CRO significantly. Prepare meticulously for upcoming holidays, especially the Back-To-School season, as it presents a great opportunity to drive sales.  I found that you have some products which are suitable for students. Here are some tips for you:

  • Start with an email marketing campaign that targets your subscribers with personalized Back-To-School promotions. Create engaging emails showcasing your offers and enticing customers to visit your website. Consider segmenting your email list for more tailored recommendations.
  • Generate excitement for your Back-To-School campaign on social media. Share captivating posts, images, and videos that align with the season and your promotions. Collaborate with influencers and bloggers to extend your campaign's reach and gain endorsements from trusted sources.
