1. Enhance the filter search
A more intuitive filter search makes it easier for customers to find exactly what they're looking for, thus reducing frustration. When customers can easily find products that match their specific criteria, they're more likely to make a purchase
Besides availability and pricing, you can consider adding some other elements, such as scent, flavor, ingredient, colors, etc.

2. Add a second image on hover
A second image on hover allows your customers to see the product from different angles or in different contexts. For example, you can show the clothing item worn by a model or styled differently.
This can encourage users to interact with product images and keep visitors on the page longer, thus increasing the likelihood of purchase.
3. Add a delivery date
If your customers know which estimated day they’ll get the order, there are higher chances of them purchasing your products. This is also practical to address a common concern that leads to abandoned carts.

First off, I think your store has a sleek and modern design, with a clean layout and appealing visual. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into creating this website. Well-done! Based on my experience in the e-commerce market, here are some of my suggestions that may help you improve your store's conversion rate:
1. Tailor the message for each hero banner
- While the "Discover the Essence" tagline and "New Year Sale Up to 60% Off" are clear and effective, using them on all four banners makes the experience monotonous. The banners feature different product categories (bags, candles, etc.), but the same messaging doesn’t fully highlight the uniqueness of each product or its appeal. I think each banner should feel distinct and add a unique value to the website's story.
- Suggestion for improvement: You can create product-specific taglines for each banner. For example:
+ For tote bags: "Carry Style with You – Discover Our Chic Tote Collection."
+ For candles: "Set the Mood – Explore Handcrafted Scented Candles."
+ For weekender bags: "Weekend Ready – Travel in Style with Our Signature Bags."
This will retain the sale information, but integrate it differently for each product. Plus, remember to redirect the visitors to a specific collection that is linked with the banner content. Currently, it seems like all banners redirect users to a same page.
2. Highlight product features
- I notice that you put 3 hero products of each category on your homepage. While the tagline of each product is quite attractive and engaging, these taglines currently do not contain any information to emphasize the product unique selling points. I think it's important to let visitors understand the reason why they should choose to buy your products, compared to other competitors.
- Suggestion for improvement: You can add a short description that can showcase the uniqueness of your offerings. Here are examples for your product categories:
+ Tote Bags:
"Lightweight and durable for everyday adventures."
"Eco-friendly materials for a sustainable lifestyle."
"Bold prints to reflect your unique style."
+ Weekender Bags:
"Spacious design for hassle-free packing."
"Durable and stylish—perfect for weekend getaways."
"Functional pockets to keep your essentials organized."
+ Scented Candles:
"Hand-poured with natural, non-toxic wax."
"Soothing aromas to transform your space."
"Long-lasting burn time for hours of relaxation."
3. Make the 'Add to cart' button sticky
- As I see here, your product page contains a very detailed description and multiple images of each product. While this provide a lot of helpful information for store visitors, this makes visitors to scroll alot to read all information. And the current Add to cart button is disappear when users scroll down.
- Suggestion for improvement: A sticky Add to cart button ensures users can easily make a purchase without having to scroll back to the top. A constantly visible Add to cart button subtly encourages users to take action, reducing decision friction and increasing the likelihood of conversions.
+ Placement: Position the sticky button at the bottom of the screen, where thumbs naturally hover on mobile devices.
+ Size: Ensure the button is large enough to be easily tappable but not so big that it obstructs the view of the product details.
+ Color: Use a high-contrast color for the button (e.g., if the theme is minimalistic, a bold accent color like orange or green works well).
+ Iconography: Add a shopping cart icon next to the text to make its purpose immediately clear.

Your site looks fantastic, and your products are truly charming! However, to further increase customer trust and confidence, I recommend importing more reviews to your products, especially reviews with photos of actual products.
