Feedback for your online store from the community
Hi All,
My store thebargaller.com.au was recently suspended for 'Website or online store needs improvement'. Prior to submitting for a review, I was hoping someone could have a look over my website and let me know of any areas that may cause the review to fail. Specific focus upon the Returns Policy and About Us page if possible as I was told these were too generic and have since attempted to fix them up. Any other feedback would be much appreciated.

Hi Adam,
I don't see any issues with your return policy or about page. You have all the information expected from an online store. Perhaps, you might improve your return policy "If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be noted in the product descriptions or in the product-specific return information." - this might be improved a bit more to make it clear.
In a different note, I wonder how you would make profit by offering free shipping Australia wide, especially for Cafe Lighting products when delivery address is remote (like NT, or remote WA). If you plan introduce postcode-based shipping fees for remote areas, I might be able to help you with our app JsRates. Contact us **Edited by Community Moderator** if you are keen.

Hi there,
Thankyou for reply, I thought so aswell, I have been going back and forth with google to fix them and think they are definitely up to scratch at this point. In reference to the shipping, I just am focusing on getting my store up and running with ads first with a good offer of free shipping and will adjust this accordingly as I progress but I will definitely keep your app in mind.
