My store has been up and running a year now. I dropship home decor products. I Regularly advertise on social media. Are there any pointers from successful store owners on how to create traffic? ajaedecor.com is my website.

HOMEPAGE
1. Color scheme
Overall, the contrast on the homepage is lacking, making it difficult to read all the content on the page. Perhaps adopting a new color scheme could significantly enhance the page's readability and overall appearance.
2. Adjust trust badge section
It's great that you have this section on the homepage! However, you might want to think about relocating it either under the main banner or below the product list for better visibility. Additionally, the content in this section could be more specific. For instance, instead of just saying "fast shipping," you could specify "Delivered in 3 days." Similarly, instead of a generic "Do you need help?" prompt, you could offer the customer support options available.

3. Transform Image Gallery Section section to a shoppable section
The image showcased in the Our Gallery section really appeals to me, and it's possible to turn this into a shoppable section with the help of some Instagram feed apps like VIBE or InstaFeed. It would be a good strategy to dedicate a specific section on your homepage to showcase these posts. By using apps like VIBE or InstaFeed, you can seamlessly integrate social media content into your online store.

4. Review section
Customers are highly influenced by visuals. In this section, consider making the images bigger alongside all the review. Images can significantly increase engagement and trust in your products.
5. Newsletter section
Ensure you offer benefits that create a win-win situation for the customer. Use attractive phrases like "up to 20% discount" to incentivize newsletter sign-ups.

Congratulations on your store! It's truly impressive, and I can see your dedication to its creation. While it's already great, I do have some suggestions to help make it even better. Here are a few of my recommendations for better customer experience, if you are okay taking a look.
1: Font color
You can consider changing the font color to a darker shade or a contrasting color can help make the text more readable on the background. Now the text color is white and it seems to be submerged with the background color, which is hard for customers to follow. Making the call-to-action button more bold and prominent will draw more attention from customers
2. FAQ
I notice your store does not have FAQ section yet. Adding frequently asked questions to our store is a great idea to provide customers with quick access to common topics and information such as Return policy, track orders, payment methods… To address these, you can check out Moosedesk which allows you to streamline customer support and make it easier for customers to find the information they need
3. Customer Service
I also noticed these buttons now are not working as well.
I recommend implementing Customer Service so that customers can find out where they get the answer to their inquiry.
