Thanks for your message, I would be happy to offer you some suggestions for this. How are you determining this drop-off in your conversion, are you looking at your Shopify analytics page or are you looking at conversions data from something else you set up like Facebook ads or Google analytics for example? Have you ensured that you have Abandoned checkout recovery set up with your shop to recover potential abandonment? I would also recommend reviewing any Abandoned checkouts you may be getting, as if there is any technical error, for example, your payment gateways failing this should be notified as errors in the abandoned checkouts themselves. On that note, I would also recommend running a test order yourself, depending on what payment gateway you are using you should be able to run an order to ensure your process is working as intended. 

There is a cool and free third-party app called Lucky Orange that may be worth checking out. It can actually record your customers giving you some further insight into where they may be getting "stuck" on the shop and either abandoning their carts or simply not purchasing. I would love to hear more about what sort of marketing and advertising you currently have in play to bring traffic in, it may help determine further possibilities into why your conversions may be hitting this lull.

Add shop Now (CTA) on the Hero Banner.

Add Testimonials or reviews on the homepage to build trust with the visitors.

You can promote your products with word of mouth strategy. Boost your sales with the app from the shopify app store   which helps to increase your sales further. Improve your conversions by directly reaching those who close to your customers.

There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.

You can also sell your products on Etsy marketplace as it is very good platform to sell unique, handmade and Vintage goods . If you are already selling on Etsy store consider our Etsy Integration app in the shopify app store. Etsy is a Huge marketplace, if you have any unique or Handmade product in your store, you can give further exposure to your products.
