Hello @goutham1

I have actually viewed your store and think it's a well-built store. However i found that for Product you should add Price Comparison : This will let customers know you are offering them reduction on your products.

I hope the above is useful to you.

Your site is pretty good looking, but I did have some thoughts when I looked through it, mainly relating to the front page.

  1. On the top announcement bar, I would change "WELCOME TO OUR STORE" to something a bit more useful for sales, such as "Orders over $50 Get Free Shipping" or an announcement of something happening on your site.
  2. The main image on the front is too large and forces your call to action button to be below the fold.  I would choose an image that has a shorter height so that the button is immediately visible without scrolling down.
  3. The main image also doesn't feature any of your products. Consider changing the image to something you are selling. If your theme lets you, consider making a slideshow with several of your products as your store's main image.
  4. Create an email popup that shows up without having to click that gift icon in the lower left-hand corner.  My fear is customers will not click this as much because they might not know what it does or have any reason to click it.  I think a popup is a much better solution.
  5. I would put these front page icons in a row rather than being stacked the way they are here and make them larger, they are a bit too small.Screenshot 2023-01-08 165834.png
  6. On the product pages I looked at, the user must scroll through a lot of images before they get to the reviews section.  Consider putting the reviews in a lot more prominent position on your product pages.

That's about all I can think of.  I hope that helps! If you like my answer or accept it as the solution, I would be so happy.

Hi @goutham1 ,

This is Victor from PageFly - Landing Advanced Page Builder. I'd love to give you my suggestions about your online store.

Here are some ideas I have for your Homepage that would probably boost sales and improve conversion rates for your store.

1. Header height

The height of the header right now is pretty too much from my perspective. I should try to reduce the padding of the header.

You can move the store name “CHARGING STATION” to the left space since it will look more natural based on the eye's direction.

2. Background image

The background image is too big - it will distract the view of the users subsequently. I suggest you should use other images with smaller size and highlight the CTA “SHOP NOW” in this section.

3. Unique Selling Point (USP)

You should put all of these USPs into 1 row. The white space on the 2 sides is too broad right now. For these 6 USPs, I suggest you should divide into 2 rows ( 4 in the first, 2 left in the second).

4. Product images

These images for the collection are kinda big. Instead of using the border for each image, I recommend you to have a shadow effect behind each column—this will help to highlight the product too.

Here’s a reference image to help you get a better visualization of the shadow effect:

One more thing, if possible, I highly recommend you feature human touch with your products. Human touch also imbues experiences and products with special significance and so increases people’s perception of the value of those experiences and products.

5. Carousel options for some sections

  • Main banner

You can consider adding more slides in the banner, which means users can swipe left and right to explore more of your products and content.

  • Recommend product

Adding a carousel to this section could assist you in increasing the number of products you want to display.

6. Add more sections

  • Customer reviews

Having a customer testimonial section can be enough to earn the trust of your visitors. The more testimonials you have, the more your visitors will assume that you must be a trustworthy brand. For that reason, I suggest you should add a section to display the testimonials of your past customers.

For examples:

  • Add a “Sale” navigation on the header

I see that many of your products are on sale, so why not have an option that redirects to the sales page on the header. This will increase the chances for your products to be purchased more.

Furthermore, for the upcoming Valentine's Day, will you run any campaigns? Here are some promotion ideas for your campaigns, I hope they will be useful for you.

1. Personalize Your Offer for Valentine's Day

Gift-giving is almost like a ritual on Valentine’s day. You can make the most out of it by offering products around Valentine's theme.

  • If you already have products that people buy on Valentine’s Day, give them a little touch of love. It doesn’t matter if you’re selling a digital or a physical product.
  • If you don’t have a physical product, you can still curate special Valentine's Day offers around your services that can be used on Valentine’s Day like “two for one” or “buy one, get one” deals.

2. Mention Your Delivery Time & Rates Clearly

Delivery time is one of those things that can make or break your business. And if it’s some holiday, buyers take the delivery dates too seriously. To convert these visitors into potential buyers, mention your delivery dates clearly across your website, app, and emails. Also, specify the last date to place an order to reach on time.

3. Create Gift Guides

As mentioned earlier, Valentine’s Day is the season of gift-giving. But, when it comes to finding a perfect gift, people have what’s called a perpetual dilemma.

You can do this by making Valentine's day gift guide. Break the guide into sections based on gender, interests, or personality traits like this:

  • By Category: Valentine’s Day gifts for her/him, couples, teenagers
  • By Price Range: Best Valentine’s Day gift under $25, $50, $100
  • By Interest: Gift ideas for art lovers, dog lovers, and foodies

Feel free to ask me if you have any questions.

Good luck and have a nice day!

Best regards,
