Website Speed Issue

Hi everyone, hope you are all doing well and keeping youselves safe. 

I recently created a store using Shopify, and I am trying to make the website loading time as fast as possible before actually spending money on Ads so that I can actually verify the effectiveness of my campaigns. 

I used PageSpeed Insight by Google, and although the Desktop version of the site gets quite a high score (84), the Mobile version plummets at 52! 

The Opportunities outlined by Google are: 

- Remove Unsaved Javascript 

- Reduce Initial Server Response Time 

- Eliminate Render-Blocking resources

I have tried to watch videos, and read articles but I am afraid of switching codes and ruining the entire site. Can someone give any advice on how to fix this issue? Any help is appreciated.

Low mobile page speed may kill your traffic and affect your conversion.

In order to Improve website speed you need to:
- Remove unnecessary code on a high priority basis.
- Compressed images or Defer off-screen images.
- Web Pages need to be Minify.
- Reduce JavaScript execution time
- Minimize main-thread work
- Beware of excessive liquid loops
- Decrease thumbnail image size
- Weigh the benefits of installing another app
