Hello Everyone!

 

Can you please review our Store? Most of our visitors are using mobile devices. Can anyone provide a list of recommended Themes that's has smooth and user friendly UI for mobile devices? Thank you.

Congrats on your new store! Your store looks stunning. I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. However, I have some comments to make the good get even better. Here are some of my recommendations for better customer experience, please kindly check.

 

1. Navigation Menu 

Your navigational menu is not sticky, which makes customers all the way up to go to other pages. You can try make it sticky so that customers can browse the store more efficiently

2. Homepage

2.1 Add secondary hover image in featured products section

Adding a secondary hover image would make customer have a second look at your product and make them engaged more.

2.2 Change fixed image banner to section

I really think your banner section is very pretty. However, this is a fixed image and cannot be responsive in mobile device. You can build up this kind of section in Online Store with layout of 2 columns, one with background image (right), one with text and button (left)

3. Contact us - FAQ Page

 

I notice from your store that it does not have a FAQ Page and each of these Shipping Policy, Satisfaction Guarantee, ... is a single page. If you can combine all those article into an FAQ Page it could be easier for customers to find.

  • I noticed you're using your brand's three main colors consistently throughout the website, which looks great – it's professional and helps build brand recognition. However, in some areas, the white text on the blue background might be a little hard to read, especially on mobiles or for people with visual impairments.
  • Low contrast makes text difficult to read, especially on mobile devices or for users with visual impairments. It can can make it difficult for users to distinguish between important elements on the page, hindering their understanding of your message and desired actions. I'd be happy to suggest some high-contrast color options that still fit your brand's style and resolve this issue.

  • Let's streamline your website's visual flow! Using a consistent font format across sections creates a sense of order and makes it easier for visitors to navigate your content. Right now, some headlines might get lost in the mix. Remember, most users scan quickly. Eye-catching headlines in each section will grab their attention and help those key messages stick in their memory.
  • Besides, use maximum 3 fonts for your page. Using too many fonts can create a cluttered and visually overwhelming experience for users. Three fonts allow for variation and hierarchy while maintaining a sense of order and cohesion. Too many fonts can slow down website loading times by forcing users to download more files, negatively impacting user experience and SEO.

1. Announcement bar: To maximize its effectiveness, consider making it a contrasting color and ensuring it remains sticky throughout the entire page. Additionally, adding a countdown timer can create a sense of urgency, prompting visitors to take action before time runs out.

2. Hero Banner: Because the main picture have too many details, so we need more negative space to provide visual breathing room. This guides users towards the important elements and improves the overall user experience. Cramming large images and text can overload users with information, making it difficult to grasp the key message at first glance.

3. Browse Our Featured Collections

  • Product List
    1. Here, we can see you used a banner. Maybe I got your idea to remind users of your brand's selling point. However, Clutter and distraction arise from an abundance of banners, overwhelming users and diminishing engagement. This leads to banner blindness, they may subconsciously learn to ignore them altogether, rendering the banners ineffective.
    2. Use the Tab Header to summarize what you are selling. This can combine with “Shop Our Trending Products” Section
    3. This section you can optimize each elements in the product. Your current product names, like "Fab Glass & Mirror Portofino Frameless 56" (60"W x 79"H) Clear Tempered Glass Double Sliding Shower Door - Matte Black Finish," are too hard to boost conversion more.
  • Hidden details buried within lengthy product names lead to frustration among users, causing them to abandon your website in favor of competitors with clearer listings. 
  • This overwhelms customers, resulting in decision paralysis and abandoned carts as they struggle to decipher excessive information.
  • Additionally, lengthy, non-descriptive names hinder search engine visibility and mobile usability.

The homepage is the perfect stage to spotlight your brand's unique features, serving as a persuasive rationale for why customers should shop with us. As a customer, I am looking for some information such as emphasizing services like convenient in-home installation, hassle-free door assembly, and comprehensive instructional videos, all designed to simplify the purchase process and instill confidence in customers' decision-making.

Sticky header is recommended, as it makes it easy for the user to directly jump to the menu at any point of time while they are navigating through the Site. Other significant observations for store optimization are as follows:

 

  1. Try reducing the size of your logo, it takes up a lot of space and thus makes the home page less user-friendly.
  2. You should add terms and conditions and FAQs if any, again these also help in building search engine content.
  3. Make sure your social media pages open at the new tab instead of the same tab. This will ensure your customers stay on your website while looking at your social presence.
  4. Put "Secured and trusted checkout with" in your footer.
