Hi, what dimensions for images are needed for blog posts on my site?
Hi,
Generally, blog images nest well on a website at a 3:2 aspect ratio or 1200px by 630px. Blog images in landscape format are best sized to 1200px by 900px and featured blog images in portrait format are best sized to 900px by 1200px.
to utilize high-quality images that have small file sizes to ensure fast loading times for your website, resulting in a positive user experience for your visitors.

Hi @RichardGiles,
I'm Richard at PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App, thank you for your question.
The ideal size for the featured blog image is 1800x1000 px. If you convert that to the aspect ratio, it would be 1.8:1
For pictures within your content, the recommended size is 1000x350 px.
Note: Just like other Shopify images, your blog images can't be bigger than 4472x4472 px or more than 20 MB.
However, these measures aren’t set in stone. A lot will depend on how much screen you want your blog featured image to take up. It will also depend on the Shopify theme you use.
When it comes to images in your blog post, they should be around 600 px. And the image resolution should be 72 dpi.
Hope it helps.
Best regards,
Richard | PageFly Team

I think 1080x1080 is best
Character encoding is a system that assigns a unique binary code to each character in a character set. The binary codes allow computers to represent, store and transmit text in a standardized way. There are many different character encodings, but some of the most common are ASCII, UTF-8, and ISO-8859-1.
UTF-8 is an HTML tag that specifies the character encoding of the document. UTF-8 is a character encoding that can represent any character in the Unicode standard, which includes characters from many different writing systems, such as Latin, Greek, Cyrillic, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and many others. By using the meta tag to specify the character encoding as UTF-8, the browser can correctly interpret and display the text of the document, regardless of the language or writing system used.
