You have a beautiful website. I believe a few adjustments may be required to make it more professional and appealing to customers.

 

Here are some recommendations:

Header:

  1. Attractive announcement bar can be there for Special announcement or promotion. 
  2. Favicon should be added to locate the store.
  3. Wishlist option will help in making selection easier for the customer.
  4. Social Media icon missing

Homepage: (First Impression is the last impression)

The homepage is the first landing page your customers will see after opening the website. Yours is done beautifully.

  1. Hero image is amazing as it resonates with the brand. But call to action button and slider can be added to banner to give it more appealing view.
  2. Add Trust Badges on Your Home Page to enhance the trust of the customers.
  3. Highlight the USP of your Products or services.
  4. Add featured collection on home page.
  5.  Add a Lead magnet section on Home Page
  6. Add Sticky Cart Icon on Home Page to get more conversions.

Trust Badges is a significant feature on the homepage so that people will trust your store.

 

Collection and Product Page:
- Add Sticky add to Cart and Buy now Button
- Add Trust Badges bellow to cart or Buy now Button 

- Add Products Bages like New, 10% Off, You Save 20$ or Free Shipping

SPEED Optimization:

  1. Your site might be in need of Optimization too. As per Google Insights, your site scores 49 which means that attention is required here. A well-optimised site rates 60 to 65. This affects your SEO ranking and decides how many customers/visitors view or find your website. This is especially important if you don't want to invest in advertisements.

Speed optimization is required to increase sales and traffic. Also, if your speed is not good, your website ranking will definitely fall.

  • Have a favicon for your store

Whether you're putting the final touches on your online store or it's already up and running, don't overlook the significance of adding a favicon! It's a small yet crucial detail that can enhance your website's appearance and reinforce your brand.

By including a favicon on your website, you can effectively communicate to your potential customers that they have arrived at your company's page.

  • Redesign the wheel pop-up

A general rule of thumb is that the most effective pop-ups for boosting conversion rates are either shown on a website after 15 seconds have passed or triggered by specific user actions or behaviors.

To enhance the conversion rates of your promotion, a great strategy is to present it when a visitor is about to leave the website, rather than displaying it right at the beginning of their session.

Exit offers occur when a website showcases a pop-up or promotional message as soon as a visitor moves their cursor towards the 'close' button in their browser or when they switch to a different tab.

These offers have been shown to retain approximately 10-15% of visitors who would otherwise exit the site, as they provide an incentive to stay or make a purchase.

 

  • Add CTA button to hero banner

A crucial element for an online store's homepage is the primary call-to-action button. This button serves as a direct link to the specific page where you want customers to take action, such as a collection or product page.

It’s such a loss when you missed a “Shop now” button on your banner. A CTA button here will urge visitors to make the purchase and it is a great way to optimize your home page.

And kindly rest assured that all CTA buttons should have the same styling to boost the conversion rate.

 

  • Add more sections
  • Product details: One of the best-sellers from your store should be showcased to catch more attention
  • Instagram feed: Your Instagram content adds a fresh feel to your website by showing you’re active online and interacting with your customers.
  • Testimonial - customer reviews: This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos. Here is a demo for you:

2. Product page

  • Color swatch

Product color swatches enhance conversion rate by reducing the number of clicks for customers to find the product they want. The shorter and easier a customer's path to the desired product is, the more likely they will make a purchase.

  • Invest on product media
    You should give customers as close to an “in-store” experience with the product as possible by adding large multi-angle, detailed photos as well as a video of product in use. As long as your customers can get a full view of your product, the more willing they are to make a purchase.

  • Highlight the ATC button

Ensure the Primary ‘Add to Cart’ Button’s Styling Is Unique and Prominent        

  • Style Product Price to Be Highly Visible        
  • Ensure the ‘Buy’ Section Includes Only Essential Information and Options        such as size guides, shipping and refund policies.
