Hi everyone- I could really use some feedback on my store. I opened it a month ago, spent maybe 150-200 on fb ads. I don’t have a single sale yet. Thank you

Congratulations on your new store! I'm impressed by the message of your brand; the design of the store looks clean & user-friendly. Still, I have reviewed your store thoroughly and would like to offer some suggestions for better conversion rate optimization.
1. Invest More In Your Hero Banner
Upon first glance, I found it quite hard for visitors to realize what products you are offering & what is your call to action. I recommend you add a specific heading & sub heading on your hero banner to help them clear about that.
Also, consider using another banner image or video with higher quality to attract visitors when they land on your site. The button should also use another color and add mouse over state to be highlighted.
2. Add a Favicon Logo to Your Store
As I can see, your website currently lacks a favicon logo. A favicon is important because it allows visitors to quickly identify your store among multiple open tabs and makes it easier for them to locate your site in their browser history. This is the small logo that typically appears in a browser tab, and I've highlighted it in the screenshot below.

3. Move The Contact, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy To Your Footer
I noticed the Contact, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy are now located in the header. You may consider moving them to the footer as normal, meanwhile, the header should be better leverage to show other high convert folders such as product categories, promotions, highlight collections like new arrivals, best-sellers, etc…
4. Optimize Images For Collections

Also, you could make the collection title more noticeable by making it bold or using effect like flash, etc,..
5. Feature a Representative Sample of Products on the Homepage
As a first visitor to your store, I could find no best-sellers / brand featured products on display. It's important that you should have a section which highlights representative products that you want to guide your customers to make a purchase on.
Quick view should also be enabled to create a smooth shopping experience for visitors.
6. Add More Feature Brand Images
Generally, your homepage seems to be text-heavy, it may bring on a bit of a monotonous experience for shoppers. I suggest adding images that feature your brand to this section below to better illustrate your key message and brand mission to the audience.
7. Make Use Of The Holiday Season
As a friendly-reminder, don't miss out on the upcoming Christmas Holiday. It would be peak time of customers’ demand and so I suggest you can prepare to run a promotion. On your store, here is what you can do to highlight the special offers of the campaign and you can use page builder app to create these:

Regarding your Facebook ads investment, it's important to give it some time and also ensure your targeting is on point to reach potential customers who are most likely to be interested in your offerings.
As for your website, I noticed a couple of small design elements that could be tweaked to enhance the overall user experience. The welcome pop-up has a background image that makes the text a bit challenging to read. Consider using a solid color or a blurred background to ensure the text stands out more.
Additionally, the website menu could benefit from some adjustments, as it's currently overlapping with the text below, which might be distracting for visitors.
