Hello, my site is new, and I think it looks comprehensive- however I haven't had any sales yet. I realise its been the Christmas period and I literally launched but couldn't deliver before Xmas so perhaps that's part of the problem. I would love some feedback, thank you!

Google recommends that you should aim for a page load time of under 2 seconds.

3. Add more testimonials - customer reviews
Adding more customer reviews is a great way to build trust. You can include star ratings for each product, or even add reviews that have text and photos from customers. This will help new customers feel more confident about their purchases.

I saw the connection with social media on the footer, so you can consider adding a new section and showcase an Instagram feed that keeps your store visible to them, which can boost the likelihood of future purchases. For an example, you can refer to this image:
5. Finish building your product page
I went to Birthday Cake Cookies 2pk product page and some image there are not displaying, please check on it again on your side:
6. Prepare for promotion event
The upcoming Valentine's Day presents a great opportunity for you to increase sales, as your products are ideal for gifting. This occasion could be leveraged to attract more customers looking for the perfect Valentine's gift.

Hello, the store looks great!
Of course we can always make improvements to a stores design, but it looks pretty good so my suggestion would be to start using paid advertising and social media to drive traffic to your store.
If you have substantial traffic but no sales, do the following:
-Go through a test purchase as a customer would, make sure the process is fast and smooth. Look for any improvements that can be made to make purchasing easier.
-Make sure your product quality is high, and that your pricing is competitive this is very important. (Customers think: Why buy from a lesser known brand if I can buy from a well known and trusted one at a lower price?)
-Consider making the "Shop Now" buttons go straight to checkout rather than a pop-up modal of the product page. I would also change the text on other buttons, the word "Shop" is used a lot, but that is just my opinion.
-If you are running ads, consider trying new campaigns with new content or targeting a different demographic. You can also try re-targeting people who have viewed your website, they might be more likely to make a purchase.
