Right off the bat, it’s clear that this is an apparel store, which is great! But visually, the store still feels a bit basic since it’s using the default Shopify theme. A strong visual identity can make a huge difference in grabbing attention and making a lasting impression.

Right now, there are a lot of different product types displayed upfront, which might make it hard for visitors to immediately understand what your brand specializes in. Instead of showing everything at once, you could try highlighting a specific category or best-selling items on the homepage. This way, potential customers quickly see what makes your store unique.

2/ Navigation & User experience
One thing that would really help is a search function. If someone is looking for a specific item, they should be able to find it easily instead of scrolling through multiple pages. A simple search bar in the header could make the shopping experience much smoother.

Aside from that, consider organizing the categories a little more. For example, instead of just "Shop All," having clear sections like "Best Sellers," "New Arrivals," or "Streetwear Essentials" can guide customers better.

3/ Building a stronger brand identity
Right now, the store doesn’t yet have a strong, recognizable theme. Think about what makes your brand different—do you focus on vintage styles? Bold, graphic prints? Sustainable fashion? Whatever it is, make sure your homepage, banners, and product descriptions reflect that vibe.

A great way to boost your brand identity is through high-quality lifestyle images. Instead of just displaying products on a plain white background, try using photos that show people wearing them in real-life settings. This helps potential customers visualize themselves in your products, increasing their likelihood of making a purchase.

4/ Conversion optimization
- Add trust signals: Customer reviews, testimonials, and secure payment badges can help build credibility.
- Make sure the checkout process is simple and fast—too many steps can lead to abandoned carts.
- If you’re targeting a specific audience (e.g., streetwear lovers, vintage fashion fans), make sure your product descriptions, ads, and overall store vibe speak their language.

Final thoughts
Overall, the store has a lot of potential! With a few tweaks—like refining the homepage layout, adding a search function, and strengthening your brand identity—it can become much more appealing and easier to shop from. Instead of putting everything into one FAQ page, you should create separate pages for customer service policies such as: privacy policy, return policy, shipping policy. 3. Adding review section

1. Adding CTA link for banner

I see you put the banner “FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS ON $150+ | BUNDLE UP TO 3 HOODIES OR SHORTS (APPLIES AT CHECKOUT) at the top of the website that shows a very strong call to action. But for sales boost, you can leverage it to attach the link of product page/discounts/purchase, etc.

 

2. Add Hero banner on Homepage

With just a glance over the hero banner, I can decide whether to continue exploring a shop or not. Therefore, I recommend that you add Hero Banner which is designed with the most captivating image of your products along with your tagline (benefits offered to your customers).

3. Change word font

As I noticed, the font used throughout your page is just Arial, which can be made more attractive and suitable for your brand’s vibe. I can suggest your search for “Fashion fonts” and it will showcase tons of fonts for your selection.

 

4. Complete Homepage layout & information 

After visiting your Homepage, there are only product displays which haven't offered enough information for me to build trust then to purchase. Therefore, I suggest you just showcase your Best seller products (save other products for Shop All page) with the addition of Value Proposition (to differentiate your business) - Testimonials (this is very crucial to build trust in customers) - final CTA button

5. Add images of model using product on Product page

As a fashion customer, I always wonder how these pieces will look on me. Only the product images could not show customers that. Thus, try to include the illustrations of models wearing your products on all Product pages.

6. Add Live chat and Contact us page

I can see that your website lacks a help widget and live chat feature to allow customers to contact you immediately. How about having a powerful live chat to assist potential customers instantly, addressing their questions or concerns in real time? This can help prevent abandonment and encourage purchases.

 

Also, you can consider including your Contact us page to get more contact from customers.

First of all, you can consider reducing the number of collections to keep things more streamlined. Secondly, you should highlight best-selling products to make them stand out and engage the customers. Thirdly, you can a add banner or slideshow to enhance the store's visuals. Last but not least, I recommend you also adjust the footer text size to improve readability.
