  • Your Electric Heating Shoulder Belt at shoprevo.store looks like a fantastic product. Those heat and vibration features are a real standout for anyone needing shoulder relief!
  • The homepage is clean and welcoming, but to boost appeal, try adding a hero image or video showing the belt in action. People love seeing products work.
  • Your “Free Shipping Today Only” banner is a great hook, but make it pop with a countdown timer to create urgency.
  • The product description is solid, so highlight those key benefits (like pain relief and circulation) in bold bullet points for quick scanning
  • Navigation-wise, add a clear “Shop Now” button on the homepage linking directly to the product, it’ll make buying easier

With just a glance over the hero banner, I can decide whether to continue exploring a shop or not. In my first view of your website, the first image is not attractive enough. Therefore, I recommend that you optimize Hero Banner with the most captivating image of your products along with your tagline: Electric Heating Shoulder Belt with Vibration Therapy – Relieve Pain & Relax Muscles

2. Divide “About us” into distinct sections

As a customer, I would say that “About us” section is quite lengthy and not easy for me to catch information. It includes Brand tagline, Key features, Value proposition, Specifications, which can be separated into different sections on your Homepage.

The suggested structure of your Homepage could be:

  • Value Proposition (Key features & Specifications) (to differentiate your business)
  • Health benefits for customers Value Proposition 
  • Testimonials (crucial to build trust in customers) 
  • Final CTA button (Add “Shop now” button with discounts to boost purchases)

3. Upgrade user experience of product page

I notice that the product images are too big for me to simultaneously read product information and see images. Therefore, it would be better to reduce the size of images and let customers scroll both information and images simultaneously.

 

4. Stronger CTA to purchase

You can try strengthening your CTA for customers by:

  • Showing the limited discounts in pop-up window and final CTA button on Homepage
  • Adding a timing countdown (20 hours : 30 minutes left…). 
  • Leverage Social Proof and Scarcity by displaying low-stock alerts (e.g., “Only 3 left in stock!”) to create urgency and highlighting recent purchases (e.g., “X people bought this in the last hour”) to encourage action.

 

5. Add live-chat and Contact us form

At the beginning phase of business, it is important to nurture connection with customers. Yet, I can see that your website is lacking a live chat widget feature and a contact us page to allow customers to contact you immediately, which can really bring you closer to customers by chatting and emailing, then converting them into buyers.

I noticed the "50% limited time only" notification doesn’t link anywhere, and I couldn’t find any discounts mentioned on your homepage. It’s best to clearly communicate what you’re offering to build trust with customers.

I know that with a one-product store, there may not be many collections to show, but it's still recommended to have a menu to display important pages like:

  • Shop (your product page)
  • About Us (your brand story)
  • Policies (shipping, returns)
  • Contact
  • Track Your Order

  • Add more images from different angles (include a video if possible): This helps customers visualize the product better.
  • Make pricing more attractive: Instead of just showing the original price, highlight the sale price. Add a countdown timer (you can find countdown timer apps on the Shopify App Store) to create urgency.

Clearly explain how your product solves a problem. Customers often buy based on emotion, so tap into their pain points.

For example, describe how your product improves their daily life, like relieving pain, boosting comfort, or increasing productivity. List at least 3 key benefits in a simple, eye-catching way.


6. Showcase "How It’s Made"

Consider adding a section explaining how your product is made — the materials, design process, or unique features. This builds credibility and trust. A short video here would be a big plus.


7. Add a "How to Use" Guide

Help customers make the most of your product by adding a simple user guide. You can follow the 5W method:

  • Who should use the product?
  • How should they use it (step-by-step)?
  • When should they use it (frequency or timing)?
  • What tips or warnings should they know?

8. Clarify Your Store Policies

Unclear policies can discourage customers from buying. Make sure your store clearly states:

  • Shipping times
  • Return and exchange policies
  • Money-back guarantees

You can add these as separate pages or in a FAQ section.


9. Collect Emails with a Pop-Up

Not all customers buy on their first visit. Capture their emails with a pop-up offering a discount or special offer in exchange for signing up. This helps you build an email list for future marketing.
