Hi @ŘËVØ
Hi @ŘËVØ,
We appreciate your inquiry in the Shopify Community. We are MooseDesk, a comprehensive Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App designed to elevate your customer support experience.
Congrats on your new store! I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. Especially the lively testimonials on Homepage make me really eager to try your product.
However, I have some comments for better user experience. Here are some of my recommendations for sales boost, please kindly check.
1. Add Hero banner
With just a glance over the hero banner, I can decide whether to continue exploring a shop or not. In my first view of your website, the first image is not attractive enough. Therefore, I recommend that you optimize Hero Banner with the most captivating image of your products along with your tagline: Electric Heating Shoulder Belt with Vibration Therapy – Relieve Pain & Relax Muscles
2. Divide “About us” into distinct sections
As a customer, I would say that “About us” section is quite lengthy and not easy for me to catch information. It includes Brand tagline, Key features, Value proposition, Specifications, which can be separated into different sections on your Homepage.
The suggested structure of your Homepage could be:
3. Upgrade user experience of product page
I notice that the product images are too big for me to simultaneously read product information and see images. Therefore, it would be better to reduce the size of images and let customers scroll both information and images simultaneously.
4. Stronger CTA to purchase
You can try strengthening your CTA for customers by:
5. Add live-chat and Contact us form
At the beginning phase of business, it is important to nurture connection with customers. Yet, I can see that your website is lacking a live chat widget feature and a contact us page to allow customers to contact you immediately, which can really bring you closer to customers by chatting and emailing, then converting them into buyers.
I suggest exploring MooseDesk, a FREE Live Chat, WhatsApp & FAQ App. You can easily reach customer support via WhatsApp, ensuring immediate assistance for inquiries. Also, the widget provide multi self-Service options such as Order tracking, Translation and FAQ section empower customers to resolve common questions on their own, reducing the need for direct support.
So those are some of my suggestions for your store as an UX expert. If this is helpful for you, please let me know by giving me a 'LIKE'. If your question is answered please mark this as 'SOLUTION’.
Once again, keep up the fantastic work, and I wish you the best of luck in the future!

First off, congratulations on your store! With our experience in building hundreds of stores for merchants, we have some practical suggestions that we believe can help improve your store.

It’s highly recommended to have a header bar at the top of your store to highlight important information — like discounts, free shipping offers, or a simple welcome message. Be sure to add a clickable link that guides customers to the relevant section.
I noticed the "50% limited time only" notification doesn’t link anywhere, and I couldn’t find any discounts mentioned on your homepage. It’s best to clearly communicate what you’re offering to build trust with customers.

I know that with a one-product store, there may not be many collections to show, but it's still recommended to have a menu to display important pages like:

It would be much more impressive to start with a hero image that showcases your product along with a tagline (mention the benefits or pain points it solves) and include a CTA button like Shop Now, Discover Product, or 50% Off – Explore Now.
It’s great that you have your product displayed on the homepage! Here’s how you can make this section even better:
Clearly explain how your product solves a problem. Customers often buy based on emotion, so tap into their pain points.
For example, describe how your product improves their daily life, like relieving pain, boosting comfort, or increasing productivity. List at least 3 key benefits in a simple, eye-catching way.
Consider adding a section explaining how your product is made — the materials, design process, or unique features. This builds credibility and trust. A short video here would be a big plus.
Help customers make the most of your product by adding a simple user guide. You can follow the 5W method:
Unclear policies can discourage customers from buying. Make sure your store clearly states:
You can add these as separate pages or in a FAQ section.
Not all customers buy on their first visit. Capture their emails with a pop-up offering a discount or special offer in exchange for signing up. This helps you build an email list for future marketing.

Customers often have questions before buying. Adding a live chat feature can help address their concerns in real time, boosting conversions.

Your current review section looks more like images, so it may not feel as trustworthy.
Since your product seems to be dropshipping, consider using a Shopify app like Judge.me to import real reviews from AliExpress. Authentic customer feedback builds trust.
A footer makes your store look more professional. It should include:
