We are a winery located in Ontario, Canada. Currently, we have a decent conversion rate but want to improve it even more as we get a decent amount of website sessions. Our main focus right now is building awareness of our loyalty program we recently relaunched. We want our website to bring people to our winery but also want people to purchase products for pick-up, local delivery, or shipping within Ontario. We believe our product is great and have a decent new and returning customer rate but we really want to grow bigger within Southwestern Ontario. Would love your perspective to know how I can improve our conversion rate even more with regards to our store design, product pages, and features we offer.
