Feedback for your online store from the community
Hi all, can I have some feedback on my store please. I am getting traffic from Facebook ads, I have selected my audience wot over 300 unique hits. Trying to workout where I'm going wrong.

I appreciate that you have provided us with your online store URL for us to explore! Looking into your store, I noticed that you are using the announcement bar to inform your customers of a discount code and a free shipping offer that is available. That is a great way to create a buyer incentive and get your visitors browsing.
What do you think about including a slideshow section on the homepage? This could make the homepage more interactive and engaging for your visitors - as well as strengthening your brand. For example, you could include your favorite product or best seller in the slides.
I did want to bring to your attention that you do not have a Contact Us option on the header or footer of the online store. In some cases, visitors will look to see if they can easily reach out to the business before making purchases. You can provide your customers with a sense of security about making a purchase by including a Contact Us page on the online store.
