Feedback for your online store from the community
Hi. I am still fairly new to online retailing. I am not sure if I am paying too much attention to detail or if something may be set up improperly on my store but I haven't generated any sales and I can't understand why not. I wish someone wouldn't mind looking over my store if they have time and let me know if anything specifically stands out and needs attention please. I would appreciate it so much.

Hi @TraeC ,
This is Richard - CRO Expert at PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder app.
Your store looks beautiful, and I can tell you've put in a lot of effort. I love how you have a hover effect where necessary (for product media, buttons). The styling of the page is visually attractive.
I understand that experiencing low conversion rates can be frustrating. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:
1. Redesign the hero banner
I can see that your hero banner is not reflecting what your store is selling. You should change to the image which contains your store's products. adding some text (can be your store's vision or mission) and a CTA button directing visitors to your collection’s page or your best sellers.
This one is a perfect example:
2. Adjust your product list
2.1 Add ratings to your products
When customers browse your page, they will find star ratings useful. This lets them know what products are trending and getting positive feedback from similar buyers.
2.2 Add CTA buttons for products
When showcasing your products, you should not miss a chance to encourage your buyers to take actions. Therefore, adding a CTA button for each product will increase the chance of getting a deal. Add buttons below the prices and let your customers decide:
2.3 Product Restock
I'm not sure if it's a mistake or not, but all your products are currently having a “Sold Out" badge. If they are really sold out, you should remove it from your home page and only display products that are in stock. You should also restock these products as quickly as possible so this problem will not disrupt visitors' shopping experiences.
3. Product Details on home page is not well designed
The information for this product is quite enough, but it does not look good. For example, the product title and the price are too small, not many actual images of the products, it's sold out (you can check the ATC button). Also, if you don't have many variants for this product, then dropdown should not be applied.
You can totally take this one as reference:
4. Show your policies
Information on shipping and payment should be made clear from the first place. You should include this information below the hero banner. When the customers actively know your policies, they will be more likely to make purchases.
Take this one for example:
5. Images are broken
You should take some time rechecking all the images in the Featured Collection part of your page, they all look unprofessional, which will drive your customers away.
Furthermore, you can consider using a page builder app with a Shopify theme made for this niche to enhance your store appearance and increase mobile experience for customers. You can check out the following themes Blum, Sense, Dawn…
