What's the best theme for a beginner to set up on their online store?

Hi! I’m thinking of changing my store theme which I’ve had for 6 years from Minimal to what I’m not sure! I have a few that I like the looks of - Craft, Studio, and Taste. If you could look at my store, www.lovelissylou.com maybe you’ll have other suggestions too, and if anyone has one of the ones I mentioned I’d love to know your thoughts. 
I’m definitely looking for one that is easy to setup, I have no experience with designing a website at all!! Thanks in advance!

Apart from theme changing there are various changes that can be made to the current theme too.

Header:
1. Announcement bar Missing for Special announcement or promotion 

2.Logo Should be high quality.

3.Favicon Missing 

4.Search bar missing. 

5.Wishlist Missing

6. Social media Icon missing.

Homepage: (First Impression is the last impression)

The homepage is the first landing page your customers will see after opening the website. Some of the enhancing feature that can be added are:

1. Add Featured Collections on Home Page with add to cart button.

2. Featured Products / all Title should be Optimized and Seo Friendly.

3.Add Meta Description for all Products.

4.Add Trust Badges on Your Home Page.

5.Highlight the USP of your Products or services. 

6.Customer Reviews are needed on the Home Page and on the Product Page. This also generates trust in your site and promotes sales. 

7. Add a Lead magnet section on Home Page
8. If Possible, add Instagram Feed on Home page
9.Add Sticky Cart Icon on Home Page.

10.Footer must be compact and informative and should contain all the important links like - About us, Our Story, Contact, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, T terms of Services, FAQ.

Collection and Product Page:

- Add Product Review on Collection Pages.
- Add Sticky add to Cart and Buy now Button for quick checkout.

- Add Related Products.

- Add Trust Badges bellow adds to cart or Buy now Button 

- Add Products Bages like New, 10% Off, You Save 20$ or Free Shipping
- Add Mouseover on 2nd image Feature.
