Hey!

I'll give you my honest feedback as a potential buyer:

  1. The colour of green is too harsh on the white background, it should be darker.
  2. The font is honestly terrible, there are plenty of playful fonts that are still readable for everyone, this is too hard.
  3. I don't know where to put my attention when I first land on the home page, I see lots of green on the bottom right but the logo is top left, and the navigation is on the middle left, where do you want me to go?? Maybe a theme change would help.
  4. You need text on your slideshow and there needs to be a slight overlay on the images to make the text legible. It's just a shop now button right now but no promotional text.
  5. I'll be honest, I did not know this was a clothing store until I scrolled way down. Any way to make this more clear? Like featured text at the top describing who you are and what you do maybe?
  6. Your contact info can go in the footer, instead of clicking on a new page maybe? Also, link the about us page to the footer. At the moment this store looks like a typical dropshipping store with no heart. Maybe add some friendly images to the about us page?

Honestly, the store would already go up by a few pegs with a font change, the font is awful haha.

I hope this helps

Hey  @lilpeasmarket,

I’m Richard Nguyen - CRO Expert at PageFly- Free Landing Page Builder. Here I want to add some comments to help you increase your sale growths:

Honestly, the biggest problem with your store is store design. But first, let's take a closer look at your font color and style, it is so hard to read. I'm wondering why you are choosing this font and the green color. It suits your brand? If so, I think it is ineffective as not everyone wants to see this style and I think it mightn't fit with your large number of audiences. There are plenty of better fonts out there. I personally suggest you to use Serifs. Serifs are typically thinner and more narrow than sans serifs. As you could imagine, this makes them much harder to read on a screen. Lower resolutions make serif fonts less legible, as they lose their crisp detail, and thus make the text harder on the eyes.

What actions do you want your customers to take when looking at your homepage? A not so well-designed homepage banner lost a huge customer interest in the first few seconds.

Investing thought and effort into your homepage’s design can really make the difference between converting your customers and losing them by creating a good or bad first impression. That is why design is critical. It has been established that 48% of website visitors consider a website design an important factor when determining the credibility of a website.

For your product page, I suggest adding testimonial/customer reviews. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos. According to BigCommerce, customers who interact with a review are 58% more likely to convert and 50 or more reviews can generate a 4.6% increase in conversion rates. Wouldn’t you like to grab a slice of that action? It just goes to show that the more positive testimonials you can get from your customers, the more likely it is you’ll convert more.

Here are some tactics which you should consider  to drive more traffic to your online store,

  • Develop engagement-driven Email Drip Campaigns
  • Send Abandoned Shopping Cart email
  • Use Push Notifications to Boost Sales
  • Set up Upsell/Cross-Sell at checkout
  • Implement a Customer Referral Program
  • Create Kick-Ass CTA (Call-to-action)
  • Offer personalized product recommendations
  • Focus on your storefront user experience
  • Get referrals from your existing customers
  • Write Product Description that sells

Tips: You can use Product Description Generator Tools to create hundred of content descriptions at ease

  • Add subscriptions boxes to your online store
  • Add a pre-order option to your Shopify store for out-of-stock items
  • Create and sell personalizable and customizable products

Hello @lilpeasmarket

  • Please change your font color and font style
  • Add CTA button like Add to Cart or View More on the featured collections
  • Add customer review to gain customer's trust
  • Add sticky cart drawer and show upsells, cross-sells, etc in it so that customers don't need to open the cart page every time to view products. And you know what this is one of the best ways to increase sales too. You can try iCart Cart Drawer Cart Upsell for applying this in your store.
  • Add multicurrency option
  • It would be appealing if you keep all product images in equal size

Hope my feedback helps!

Hello @lilpeasmarket

Here are some areas where you could consider working on

Hope you are doing well.

I understand how it can be frustrating to be doing everything right but still not getting your traffic converted to sales. You may find comfort in knowing that you're not the only one on that boat. Millions of Shopify store owners are facing the same problem. This is not because you are necessarily doing something wrong, but rather because Sales is an organic process, involving people getting to know you, visiting your brand, looking at your products, comparing them with others, and finally making the decision to purchase from you. So this takes some time, during which you have to hold on tight. But, you can't be just passively waiting for sales to grow, so I would recommend you look at these tips and see which ones you can use: You have great faith in your online shop, but why aren’t visitors converting?

Another Thing you could consider: Not all traffic is good traffic.

Traffic will only have any chance of converting to sales if they are being generated by the right consumer. If your product is for females under the age of 30, but your ads are being viewed by males over 50, that is a lot of traffic, but it will never convert to sales. So, before you spend on targeting, a good idea is to have a simple Google Trends search, that will tell you who is looking for the products you search, what is their age, gender and location. Then you can put forward some really targeted ads that are bound to generate clicks.

Here are some areas where you could consider working on

  • Add a sticky header. The headings are important to navigate the site. If the headers keep disappearing, it makes it hard to find what the customer is looking for. That is why if you make your headers sticky, the user can see them even if they have scrolled down, which makes the site more user friendly.

You can also consider making your headings a bit bigger or bolder, so that they catch the eye more easily.

  • It is a good idea to place a banner on the homepage that tells your customers exactly what they are looking for. You may add a separate banner for each of your product types

It is a good idea to have multiple slides on your banner (each should stay for around 5seconds) for each product type and have the CTA buttons for each slide redirect the customer to a different product page.

  • Because this is an online store and people cannot touch and feel your products before buying them, they rely heavily on product images, which is why the images have to look top-notch.

The main problem most Shopify store owners have is that they upload raw images of their products. On the website, this makes the product color dull and unappealing.

Rule of thumb - never post unprocessed images on your website. In case you are looking to make your images sharp and professional, contact CutOutWiz for any image-related solutions.

Especially for this kind of product, it is a good idea to have multiple images of the product, from multiple angles, so that the customer can have a feel of what they are buying. If you are looking for an image processing company that will solve all your needs, you can check out CutOutWiz.

  • People always don’t know everything about a product beforehand. When they see a product or show interest in a product, they want to know more about the different aspects and specifications of the product. If product descriptions fail to provide people with enough information about the product and fail to create an appeal for the product, the visitors won’t buy the product. So, provide elaborate and appealing product descriptions to every product to increase your sales.

  • A good idea is to have your newsletter as a popup so that it shows up when the customer enters the home page. This will make it more visible and attract more people to your newsletter from where you can target more interested people.

  • Use a star rating widget to let website visitors evaluate your business. They create standardization, allowing customers to compare different products easily. It also helps you get feedback about your products.

  • Customers read user reviews more than they read product descriptions. If they find that 50 other people have liked your product and have purchased from you, it helps your credibility and they feel safer buying from you. So try to add some reviews of your products and services to your homepage.

Hope this helps you. If you find it useful, leave a like to let me know! Happy Selling! Thank you and the Very Best of Luck to you!

Hello lil peas market

I checked your store and found your products cool. I have some suggestions for you and hope they make your business better:

1) If I were you, I would choose another color which is lighter and more attractive. so that the customers won't get tired and will spend more time on your site.

2) Insert a specific bar for each of your product categories to present them better instead of introducing them with just one title and a simple picture.

3) You have a great item that is the best choice for bundling your products. I mean the item called BOO! (the dark matching pajamas). Moreover, if you use Fast Bundle to create kits, your customers will be able to handle the variants properly. The present version is very confusing and I bet you will get frustrated with inventory issues.

By product bundling, you can present your products better and even the products that are on the bottom of your site may gain more visits. Also, the customers will buy more items by knowing the fact that they are saving money with purchasing by the feature of product bundling.

Here is our app which is featured for product bundling and in my opinion it’s a feasible solution for your issue.

Fast Bundle gives you the experience of using the app with all its features without paying money.
check it out and enjoy it.

best regards

Hi @lilpeasmarket,

This is UpPromote: Affiliate Marketing - We are the no.1 Affiliate marketing on Shopify app store.

I am happy here to share some experience and suggestions for your online store. And I truly hope that they are useful and helpful for you in improving your sales performance.

I have just taken a quick look at your website and here are our suggestions for improvement.

1. Your online store design

  • Following Pagefly recommended you, I have same thought that you should change the font and color of your store design. It's quite to read.
  • Add product reviews from your customers. It will make your products more reliable and attractive.
  • Add product description for each one.
  • You should change different color in words and background in the footer.

Screen Shot 2021-09-28 at 21.27.35.png

2. Regarding marketing strategy

With the marketing strategy, you should spend first priority to find the methods which brings positive results with no risky and low cost.

Using Affiliate Marketing?

Affiliate marketing could be an potential option for you.  Affiliate marketing is a marketing model which allows you to connect with various affiliates, and then they will use their advertising sources such as social media channels, websites, blogs, etc, to promote your products. You only need to pay affiliate commission whenever a customer makes a purchase via the unique link or coupon associated with their recommendation.

The advantages of affiliate Marketing compared with other methods

Cost-Effectiveness

Affiliate marketing may be the most cost-effective form of advertising since you’re only paying for results. Once you figure out ongoing operating costs, it is fundamentally impossible for your affiliate program to operate at a loss because you know your cost per acquisition from the start.

In fact, affiliate marketing does not need a huge amount to build a customer service team, or running advertising. This campaign helps to mitigate any risks that drive traffic or run social ads with little or no result for your Shopify business, while also ensuring that merchants achieve what they pay for.

Sales

With UpPromote: Affiliate Marketing, generating an affiliate program allows you to tap into potential sources of traffic and revenue that you would otherwise not be getting. This is especially true of physical products, for which affiliates can do product review blog posts or videos, for example.

UpPromote_1-1632839043992.png

Brand Awareness

A research reported that 92% of customers trust the recommendations of people, companies or influencers they know. For this reason, working directly with affiliate marketers who then promote your products to their established audience, brings more opportunities and more direct sales. The plus of affiliate marketing is to expand out into new markets that you haven't explored, giving your brand a much stronger online presence.

SEO Value

Publishers (the affiliates) link to your website to send traffic your way. Provided they aren’t spammy, these links are usually beneficial for your off-page SEO efforts, since inbound links are a huge factor in Google’s ranking algorithm.

Customer Data

UpPromote: Affiliate Marketing provides you valuable data and insight into how, where and why your customers are buying, which you can then use to make smarter marketing decisions in the future across other channels.

Publish your affiliate registration to your menu bar

You can add the affiliate registration form on the shop menu , so any visitors who visit your site can easily approach your affiliate campaign.

Your affiliate can create an account and log in right in your shop, which is really simple and convenient.

Hello @lilpeasmarket,

I've taken a look at your store and found there are quite a few things which if added can make better conversions.

1. Add 'New Arrivals' section to help customers keep updated on new products.
2. Add a detailed product description in product pages.
3. Add product reviews as most of the customers read the review before purchasing the product.
4. Add a form in Contact Us page for better customer interaction.
5. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional.
6. A FAQ would be useful!
7. Discounts and limited-time offers will help to increase sales.
8. Add more specific product title/url in product pages.
Creating the perfect SEO product title/url can help the search engine understand exactly what it is you are selling and drive more traffic to your site. So try to keep the product title/url unique and more specific.
9. Add filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they're looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category)

You will get less sales and traffic if your products are not found on Google. When your customers search on Google, your product can be found only if Google has indexed the page. flareAI will show which pages are found on Google, and which are not. flareAI also helps to get your new products found on Google, the world's largest FREE eCommerce sales channel

Hope this was helpful,
Gina
