Hey guys. Its me again. I started doing marketing and I'm getting traffic but no sales. Not sure where I went wrong. I do know that I don't have product reviews, but that's because I have no sales lol. Please give me 10000% honest feedback????

I'll give you my honest feedback as a potential buyer:

  1. The colour of green is too harsh on the white background, it should be darker.
  2. The font is honestly terrible, there are plenty of playful fonts that are still readable for everyone, this is too hard.
  3. I don't know where to put my attention when I first land on the home page, I see lots of green on the bottom right but the logo is top left, and the navigation is on the middle left, where do you want me to go?? Maybe a theme change would help.
  4. You need text on your slideshow and there needs to be a slight overlay on the images to make the text legible. It's just a shop now button right now but no promotional text.
  5. I'll be honest, I did not know this was a clothing store until I scrolled way down. Any way to make this more clear? Like featured text at the top describing who you are and what you do maybe?
  6. Your contact info can go in the footer, instead of clicking on a new page maybe? Also, link the about us page to the footer. At the moment this store looks like a typical dropshipping store with no heart. Maybe add some friendly images to the about us page?

Honestly, the store would already go up by a few pegs with a font change, the font is awful haha.

I understand how it can be frustrating to be doing everything right but still not getting your traffic converted to sales. You may find comfort in knowing that you're not the only one on that boat. Millions of Shopify store owners are facing the same problem. This is not because you are necessarily doing something wrong, but rather because Sales is an organic process, involving people getting to know you, visiting your brand, looking at your products, comparing them with others, and finally making the decision to purchase from you. So this takes some time, during which you have to hold on tight. But, you can't be just passively waiting for sales to grow, so I would recommend you look at these tips and see which ones you can use: You have great faith in your online shop, but why aren’t visitors converting?

Another Thing you could consider: Not all traffic is good traffic.

Traffic will only have any chance of converting to sales if they are being generated by the right consumer. If your product is for females under the age of 30, but your ads are being viewed by males over 50, that is a lot of traffic, but it will never convert to sales.   • It is a good idea to place a banner on the homepage that tells your customers exactly what they are looking for. You may add a separate banner for each of your product types

    It is a good idea to have multiple slides on your banner (each should stay for around 5seconds) for each product type and have the CTA buttons for each slide redirect the customer to a different product page.

  • Because this is an online store and people cannot touch and feel your products before buying them, they rely heavily on product images, which is why the images have to look top-notch.

    The main problem most Shopify store owners have is that they upload raw images of their products. On the website, this makes the product color dull and unappealing.

  • Customers read user reviews more than they read product descriptions. If they find that 50 other people have liked your product and have purchased from you, it helps your credibility and they feel safer buying from you. So try to add some reviews of your products and services to your homepage.

I checked your store and found your products cool. I have some suggestions for you and hope they make your business better:

1) If I were you, I would choose another color which is lighter and more attractive. so that the customers won't get tired and will spend more time on your site.

2) Insert a specific bar for each of your product categories to present them better instead of introducing them with just one title and a simple picture.

3) You have a great item that is the best choice for bundling your products. I mean the item called BOO! (the dark matching pajamas). Moreover, if you use Fast Bundle to create kits, your customers will be able to handle the variants properly. The present version is very confusing and I bet you will get frustrated with inventory issues.



By product bundling, you can present your products better and even the products that are on the bottom of your site may gain more visits. Also, the customers will buy more items by knowing the fact that they are saving money with purchasing by the feature of product bundling.
