Hello @voguevista,

To better understand what's happening with your sales, I recommend installing website visitor tracking tools like Hotjar, Smartlook, or others. These tools can provide valuable insights that can help increase your sales.

Also, while browsing your store, I noticed that some of your images are not optimized for mobile, which may affect customers' behavior on your website.

My team has a lot of experience in this field, so if you need a consultation or assistance, please don't hesitate to ask.

Best regards,

Hi there,

I think the overall feel of your store is really good except for the product photos. While most of them are good, they lack a consistent style.

If you're up for it, i'd recommend grabbing a good-looking friend and hire a student photographer and get some nice consistent photos with your products in order to get to the next level for your brand.

I hope that helps.

Also, if you have the time I'd really appreciate it if you checked out my free app Crowly. It automatically optimizes your products' pricing and descriptions overtime using real customer data. https://apps.shopify.com/crowly

All the best,

Hi @voguevista,

Thanks for reaching out to the community. This is MooseDesk - Customer Support Helpdesk/FAQ App

Congrats on your new store! Your store looks stunning. I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. However, I have some comments to make the good get even better. Here are some of my recommendations for better customer experience, please kindly check.

1. Navigation Menu

The logo in your navigation menu seems a bit oversized, which can be distracting. Consider using a smaller version of your logo to maintain professionalism without overwhelming the menu.

It would be beneficial to reconstruct your navigation menu to include essential pages like "About Us" and "Contact Us" alongside your existing footer links. This will streamline navigation and improve accessibility for users.

2. Favicon Image

Adding a favicon image to your website can enhance its professional appearance and credibility, making it more appealing to users.

3. Homepage

3.1. Hero Banner

While your hero banner image is stylish and of high quality, the heading might not be as captivating as it could be. Consider revising the heading to better engage users and remove redundant information like "Free shipping worldwide," which could be better placed elsewhere on the site.

3.2. About Us page

Incorporating content from your "About Us" page onto your homepage can provide users with quick insights into your store and enhance reliability. However, consider moving contact forms to the dedicated "Contact Us" page for better organization.

Here is the form I've mentioned:

3.3. Reviews/Testimonials Section

Including a dedicated section for customer reviews and testimonials can significantly boost trust and confidence in your store and products. Positive feedback from previous buyers can reassure new users of your product's quality and reliability.

Here is an example for you:

3.4. Benefits Section

Create a section highlighting the benefits of purchasing from your store, including product benefits and service perks like free shipping worldwide. Additionally, consider adding a call-to-action banner before the footer to encourage users to explore further.

4. Footer Menu

Revamp your footer to give it a more professional appearance, ensuring it aligns with the overall aesthetic of your store. Additionally, you should include detailed contact information for your store, such as a phone number, address, and email address. This will reassure users that your business is legitimate and increase their trust in you.

Here is an example for you:

5. Product Page Optimization

Restructure your product pages to include image sliders for easier navigation and remove unnecessary images from product descriptions for a cleaner layout.

6. Customer Support and FAQ

Implement a customer support system beyond just a contact form and consider adding an FAQ section to address common concerns and enable users to resolve issues independently.

To address this, I recommend using MooseDesk, an app for creating unique FAQ pages for your customers. Besides helping you creating your Help Center, we also provide a helpdesk/ticketing system for your customer support.

Since our app is now available for free, all current users will be considered as early-bird users and get to enjoy all our current features for free forever!

As an expert/enthusiast in UX, I recommend implementing these changes to improve customer experience when scrolling through your store.

Sticky header is recommended, as it makes it easy for the user to directly jump to the menu at any point of time while they are navigating through the Site. Other significant observations for store optimization are as follows:

  1. The default search landing page is a bit off, I mean it's empty. You can show products on that page as well by simply updating the default search on the website with different search solutions.
  2. Put "Secured and trusted checkout with" in your footer.
  3. Taking someone to the cart is a challenge. So to make them buy from your site, add a longer product description as it leads to better SEO ranking in Google search. Ref article from Shopify
  4. You can add social media links, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram on the site footer.
  5. Finally, I would also recommend you to try Sparq product filters and search to replace the default search on your store, this app allows advanced custom tag product filters for collection pages, synonyms, spelling correction, and other such features. Visitors with the search are high-intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users. Check out the features live here.

I hope you find these suggestions helpful in enhancing your store's performance and providing an improved experience for your customers.
