Hello, I've had my Shopify store for 2 years now. I am getting a lot of traffic but only 0.1% order, I would like to get some honest, no bull, feedback on what would stop you from ordering on my website. Thank You.

Hello @GirlCode, I hope you are doing well! Here are some ways to make your store even better and make people want to purchase. 

- The home page should flow better. I would recommend setting it out like this. Slideshow Image (add a call to action button)- Collection List- Product Recommendations- Testimonials- Newsletter sign up box- Instagram Feed.

- Entice customers by giving them loyalty points on activities like sign up, leaving a review, allowing push notification, visiting a store, on birthdays, and more. This will help you to increase the email and push subscribers. You can then run email and push campaigns to reach your customers on the basis of customer behavior. This helps in increasing the conversion and retention rate.

- Setup Product recommendations on product pages as well as cart pages.

- Improve the collection page. It will be better if you will display it in a grid view. 

- For getting more conversions and sales you can target your customers by sending automated emails that help to improve the relevancy and timeliness of your campaigns. You can use triggers and workflows to automatically send messages to consumers after they take a specific action. For some reason unknown to you, they leave without making a purchase but with email automation, you can make sure that this user receives an email shortly after they abandoned their cart, reminding them of what they left behind and asking if they need help completing their purchase. In this case, email marketing automation turns a missed opportunity into an opportunity to build a stronger relationship and make a sale.

- Run email campaigns and push campaigns.
