Hi everyone

Im working to create a better offer for customers to increase value for them. I have free shipping, sale which is on a timer and I try to show customers what I offer throughout the site. https://2hopsindustries.com

I don't think this offer is good enough but I don't have the expertise to know which direction to go so I would love your opinion

Hi @2Hops ,

I'm Tracy from BON Loyalty, the top-rated Shopify loyalty app.

First off, I want to say that your store is one of the most professional and well-made sites I’ve come across when helping out on the Shopify community. The layout is clean, the product presentation is great, and the overall vibe of the store is fantastic. If I were a hobbyist or collector of car models, I’d definitely be tempted to make a purchase—it’s clear you’ve put a lot of thought and effort into making it an engaging and user-friendly experience.

Strategies to Enhance Customer Value and Engagement
You’ve already laid a strong foundation with free shipping and a timer-based sale, but there’s potential to further optimize your store’s value proposition and engagement by leveraging more personalized offers, enhancing social proof, and using Smile’s functionality strategically. Let’s dive into some specific recommendations tailored to your unique car model toys:

1. Personalized Offers to Cater to Enthusiasts:
- Curated Product Recommendations: Highlight your product line by creating recommendations based on customer interests. For instance, if a customer frequently visits race car models, offer a personalized pop-up suggesting a bundle with the model, matching accessories, and exclusive parts.
- Behavioral Pop-Ups & Emails: Leverage behavior-based pop-ups and email marketing. A great example would be triggering a pop-up offering a 10% discount if a customer has viewed a product multiple times but hasn’t added it to their cart yet. Additionally, create personalized emails that include product recommendations based on their past purchases or browsing history.
- Bundle Offers for Beginners & Collectors: Create starter bundles or advanced collector’s kits that include different types of cars, add-ons, and exclusive parts. Consider naming these bundles creatively, like “Rookie Racer Starter Pack” or “Ultimate Collector’s Edition.”

2. Exclusive Deals for New Customers:
- First-Time Purchase Gift or Discount: Offer a small free gift with the first order, such as a unique decal set or a mini accessory pack. This can help new customers feel special without significantly impacting margins.
- Early Access for Newsletter Subscribers: New customers who sign up for your newsletter can receive early access to new models or special collections. This exclusivity will encourage sign-ups and drive initial engagement.

3. Showcase Social Proof to Highlight Creative Potential:
- Customer Builds Gallery: Add a “Builder’s Showcase” section on your site, where customers can share pictures and stories of their completed builds. This not only showcases the creativity of your audience but also helps potential buyers see the versatility and possibilities of your kits.
- Build Challenges & Rewards: Host themed build challenges, such as “Best Classic Car Build” or “Most Creative Race Car Mod.” Winners can receive a discount or exclusive items, and their builds can be featured in a blog post or on your homepage. This helps foster a community feel and encourages repeat engagement.
- Video Content: Consider creating video content that showcases the building process of your models or customer submissions. This content can be shared on your website, YouTube, and social media channels.

4. Maximize the Potential of Your Loyalty Program:
- Introduce VIP Tiers Based on Purchase Activity: Create tiered reward levels based on spending, such as “Bronze,” “Silver,” and “Gold,” offering increasing perks like exclusive items or early access to collections.
- Double Points Campaigns for Specific Actions: Reward customers with double points for reviewing a product, sharing their build on social media, or referring a friend. Use these strategies to drive more engagement with the Smile program.
- Personalized Birthday and Holiday Offers: Set up personalized birthday discounts or holiday bonuses. For example, offer a special deal during the customer’s birthday month or on big holidays like Christmas to promote gift purchases.

5. Highlight the Unique Value of Your Products:
- Limited Edition Kits & Themes: Consider launching limited edition kits with unique parts, special colors, or exclusive themes. For example, create a “Holiday Race Car Kit” with themed accessories and a collectible certificate.
- Custom Accessory Packs: Introduce custom accessory packs to upgrade or personalize builds. Feature these packs on product pages as related items, encouraging customers to add them to their cart.

By combining these strategies with your current offerings and showcasing the creative potential of your products, you can provide a compelling value proposition that keeps customers engaged and excited about your store. I’m really impressed with what you’ve built so far, and I’m excited to see how you continue to grow! If you’d like to dive deeper into any of these strategies or have any specific areas you want to explore, feel free to let me know!
