Feedback for your online store from the community
Hi,
I was curious about the timeline about when to expect conversions for a new online store. My store is chillingcubeco.com, and I get on average 90-150 visits per day via Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram. My store has been up for a few days now but it does not seem to be getting a lot of conversions. Is there something better I can do with my store? Just wondered if there was something different I could do to increase conversion rates.

Have a sticky header: This will help customers navigate from every part of the homepage to any page of your store more conveniently.
That being said, here are some suggestions for your store to boost the conversion rate:
1. Have a favicon for your store
This makes your store look unique and professional. You can read more here https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/images/add-favicon
2. Have sale badge
By adding the sale badge on the product media, you can attract more customers' attention to the sale campaign of your store
3. Have the heading for this section
There should be a heading like "What makes us special?" or "Why choose us?" to separate the content in this part from other sections
4. Increase the spacing among sections
This would help make your store outlook more aesthetic.
5. Add testimonials - customer reviews
Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos.
6. Move the ATC button downward
As you can see, that the ATC should be placed where the customers finish choosing the variant and the quantity is more reasonable.
