Who do I ask to help with Page Indexing Issues

I was advised to try Google Search Console to help with SEO. Google caught page indexing issues and I'll be honest... I don't know anything on how to fix it. I know basic HTML/CSS but seeing tutorials is complicating. 

Was wondering if someone could help me fix these issues?
