My store has been live for 5 days now and I am racking my brain trying to figure out why my store visits (4k) arnt converting.

I have included all the tricks to help drive urgency and FOMO.

- 0 in my "Abondaned cart" analytics

- Customers are seemingly not exploring past my landing page

I have also launced tiktok and FB image ads over the last 3 days.

Link below, any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Saab1989,

This is Richard from PageFly – Shopify Landing Page Builder App and I would like to give some feedback on your Homepage.

The product page layout

The white text here is not visible since it’s the same color with your background. The whole line also overlaps with the red badge above.

Besides, the layout of your product page is a bit confusing.

Theo video here is too small that viewers will have to click Fullscreen if they want to watch it closely.

The page still has plenty of blank space, you can consider make the video full-width.

Similarly, you have six images on the left hand side here that I recommend being put into a grid.

Do more on the homepage

Your homepage has room for improvements also. Keep people engaged by adding more sections.

Featured product

Visitors often recognize what is featured on your Homepage as your most interesting offer. That should be something you want to attract attention to, like your latest collection or a sales campaign.

This section is a good implementation of a featured product that lies in the middle of the Homepage, introduces their Christmas sales campaign, and helps shoppers get a quick grasp of what they sell.

Blog posts

Browsing further down, I believe that adding a few blog posts at the bottom of your Homepage can surely give your visitors some inspiration.

Take a look at how this student shopping business produce blogs on related topics:

Improve mobile page speed

Your store performance on Mobile is not so ideal, you can use the free Google tool PageSpeed Insights to check. Solutions to make your page load faster:

Page speed is extremely crucial for both buyer’s experience and Google ranking, so you could consider Shopify themes made to help you boost Google pagespeed score for your store such as Blum, Refresh, Dawn, etc.

Hope the feedback is helpful for you. Let me know if you have any questions!

Best of Luck,

– Richard | PageFly Team

Hello @Saab1989,

I am Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $5Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.

I've taken a look at your store and found there are quite a few things which if added can increase sales.

1. Add Home page link to the main menu so that for visitors it will be easy to navigate from any pages back to Home page.
2. Add favicon to your store which is a small square image/logo that appears next to a web address. Favicon helps to strengthen your brand and add a polished look to your website. See shopify help here
3. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional. Testimonials allow your satisfied customers to step forward and address the questions and objections that fill the minds of your prospective buyers for you.
4. A FAQ would be useful to provide quick information to help customers make a purchasing decision and also to reduce the time your employees need to answer simple questions.
5. Add Buy Now button which will simplify the purchasing process for consumers, improving their customer experience.
6. Developing an optimal SEO product title and URL can assist search engines in accurately identifying your products and increasing traffic to your online store. Hence, strive to create distinctive and precise product titles and URLs.

7. Add detailed filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they're looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category)
8. Add sticky header
Adding sticky header allow users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them.
9. Add Blogging in the store
Blogging is an amazing way to drive traffic to your website and increase your SEO. The more your blog, the more content the search engines have to crawl and index. This means they can easily recognize that your site is a resource of information for people to access.

Hope this helps

Gina

Hey @Saab1989.

Thanks for reaching out.

I appreciate that you have provided your online store URL for us to explore! It looks like you have already received some great feedback about your online store.

To add on to what others have said - what do you think about including a slideshow section as the first section of the homepage? It would be a great way to strengthen your brand as you could include your favorite product or best seller in the slides. It can also allow your visitors to learn more about the business and products without having to scroll.

You could potentially reduce the size of the product images on your homepage to add additional products to be listed. This would also prevent your visitors from having to scroll through each individual product while viewing the desktop version of the store.

Let us know what you think.
