Why am I getting 500+ sessions but no sales on my website?

Basically I have over 500+ sessions within a short space of time with virtually no effort which means people like my product correct?? However I am not getting any sales. Can someone give me feedback on my store. Idk whether the price is too high or something is terribly wrong with my website like speed or not eye catching or something else. Your website is visually appealing and has a fast loading time. One suggestion I have is to ditch the hero section and replace it with a "Buy Now" section at the bottom of the page. This will make it easier for potential customers to take the desired action, which is to purchase your product.


Additionally, I recommend highlighting the testimonials/review section more prominently. Social proof is a powerful motivator for consumers, and seeing positive reviews from other customers can help to increase buyer confidence.

I will also suggest running targeted ads for the following audience.

Fitness enthusiasts and athletes: Portable blenders are great for making quick and nutritious smoothies and shakes before, during, or after workouts.


Busy professionals: Portable blenders are convenient for making healthy meals and snacks on the go. Health-conscious individuals: Portable blenders can be used to make a variety of healthy drinks and foods, such as smoothies, juices, soups, and baby food.


People with dietary restrictions: Portable blenders can be used to make specialized meals and drinks for people with dietary restrictions, such as lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, or veganism.


Travelers and backpackers: Portable blenders are lightweight and compact, making them easy to pack and take with you on your travels.


Parents: Portable blenders can be used to make quick and easy meals and snacks for children, such as smoothies, baby food, and purées.

This is great advice thank you! And where do you mean at the bottom of the page? You mean at the top of the page where the hero section is? Just to clarify sorry if I misunderstand. And yes! Was thinking the testimonials defo need to me highlighted. Any good free apps you know of on shopify that provide me with a better testimonials slider? I can’t seem to make my testimonials slide on desktop. I need to centre the “testimonials” title too but idk how. Also I want to make the add to cart button a different colour to make it more prominent but I need the css and idk how to change that either. The css people give me doesn’t work on origin theme. If you know how please if you could let me know.  Thanks for this!!

On second thoughts, let the Home page design stay as it is now.
I think the product template should be your landing page when running ads.  

It has all of the elements and it is well-designed to convert visitors into customers


RE : Add to cart button color - You can do it by yourself in Customize theme option. its pretty straightforward.

1. Change hero banner

The banner is very significant in hero material. It is the first thing customers see when they visit your website. Let's get consumers to know exactly what you're having in 5 seconds first. 


The current hero banner is cut off so customers cannot get the whole view of your product.

Thus, please change your hero banner as soon as possible to avoid a high bounce rate.


2. CTA buttons

It’s amazing when you have a “Get yours now” button on your banner. A CTA button here will urge visitors to make the purchase and it is a great way to optimize your home page.



However, please rest assured that all CTA buttons should have the same styling to boost the conversion rate. As far as I’m aware, while there is a CTA button with black border when hovering, you also have a CTA button with no hover effect. 

So please recheck all CTA buttons to make sure the styling is consistent. 


3. Have more product media displayed

You should give customers as close to an “in-store” experience with the product as possible. 

  • Large multi-angle, detailed photos
  • Video of product in use

As long as your customers can get a full view of your product, the more willing they are to make a purchase.

There are 2 things I would love to suggest you:

  • Make the video autoplay 
  • Check its quality as it’s now blurred 



5. Have a benefit section

Adding a benefit section in the middle of the homepage will give your customers a reason to purchase from you instead of the competition.This helps reduce the bounce rate and increase the likelihood of purchase.



6. Make full use of special events

As the holiday season like Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM) and Halloween approaches, here are some expert insights to further enhance your holiday preparations: 

  • Holiday-themed landing pages: Create dedicated landing pages for specific holiday promotions or events. These pages can highlight exclusive deals and provide a cohesive holiday experience for visitors.
  • Holiday specials and offers: Ofer exclusive holiday promotions, discounts, or special deals to entice customers. Highlight these offers prominently on your website to catch the attention of potential buyers.
  • Email marketing campaigns: Send out targeted email campaigns with personalized offers and reminders about your holiday promotions. Keep your subscribers updated with relevant content and exclusive deals. Let's start this campaign soon as if collecting emails is delayed, the holiday campaign might not reach a wide audience.

I am happy to offer you my advice on enhancing your Shopify store. Like others have said, the store looks great overall, but you may be able to elevate your store's appeal and entice customers in new and exciting ways by making small changes. Below are some suggestions for your store:

-The "buy now" should direct to checkout directly rather than the product page (less steps to a successful purchase)

-You could also consider replacing the main hero image with the video that is currently toward the bottom of the page (could set to mute/autoplay to quickly capture customers attention, same with on the product page, although nothing is wrong with the existing layout)

-If you are only offering the single product, I would change the "shop now" header link to direct to the product page instead of the collection page (one less click to purchase)

-I would also probably change the "add to cart" button color so it has better contrast when shown next to the shoppay button

-I would consider adding an "about us" and "faq" page or section somewhere in the store as well

this is amazing advice thank you. Just changed the redirection of the shop now. Do you by any change know how to redirect the customer straight to checkout? Not sure how to do that.


Also is there any way you could provide me with the css/code for origin theme for using the video in the hero section? ive been trying to do it with no luck. I need a separate code to be able to insert  video and then a separate one to mute it and autoplay right? is there any chance you know how?
