Why am I getting a '404 page not found' during test checkouts?

Everytime I try to do a test checkout I keep getting "404 page not found" and a button "continue shipping" what's the problem here?

Also I didn't know what to label this.

I’d suggest getting a developer to help check it out as there might be an in built issue with the code of some sort.
