Why am I getting add to carts but no sales on my product page?

I recently started running snapchat Ads on my product page, and noticed that I was getting several add to carts but 0 purchases. Could anyone give me some pointers on how to fix this? Any help is appreciated!

The reason why you may be seeing users add to cart but never checkout is because they might be unsure about purchasing from a brand they haven't heard of before.
