Feedback for your online store from the community
Pretty much I’ve had my store open for around a month and I have had 500 sessions in total and 0 sales and only around 5 abandoned checkouts. Most of those sessions have came from tiktok ads. I don't know if its my website, i'm targeting the wrong audience, or something else. Will someone be able to check my website and see if I'm doing anything wrong?

Hi @r3fine!
Kate here from the PageFly Shopify Landing Page Builder App. Congratulations on your 500 sessions milestone! Based on my experience, I’d like to share some suggestions that could further improve the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for your store.
1. Add the favicon
A favicon can make your store stand out and be memorable. But your store has not set up it yet. Could you please take a look? You can access to add this favicon from theme settings.

4. Add more information section on the homepage
5. Add shipping and return information on the footer
Offer transparent details about shipping durations, fees, and return procedures. This clarity builds trust and lessens any hesitation to purchase.
I hope that these information will help you increase the conversion rate.

Hi there,
I took a look at your store.
I think your logo and store branding is sleek and has good potential. However, I immediately noticed a lack of content. I'd recommend visually explaining your brand and its purpose for existing (Can't be "making money" 😉 ).
Along with this,
Your product photo is good but id get some close up shots that show the fabric quality.
If you're up for it, i'd also recommend grabbing a good-looking friend and hire a student photographer and get some nice consistent photos with your products in order to get to the next level for your brand.
Along with this, I guarantee you would benefit from having product descriptions that entice your target consumer to make a purchase. With our free app Crowly, it's easy to A/B test descriptions to find one that converts well. Feel free to reach out if you want to try our paid plan. I can get some credits sent over to you.
