Why am I getting no sales after 6k online sessions

I haven't made a single sale even though I have gotten 6k online session on my website. Is there any Idea why is that?

  • Navigate to Admin -> Analytics to check the online store conversion rate. This will show you at which step potential customers are leaving.
  • If there’s a significant drop at the Add to Cart stage, it suggests issues with the store’s appearance, navigation, product offerings, or pricing.
  • A drop at the Checkout stage indicates possible concerns with pricing, shipping options, or payment methods.
  • If the drop occurs at the Session Converted stage, it’s likely there are issues with your payment gateway preventing successful transactions.

Store Improvements:

  • Navigation Bar: It’s more intuitive to place the products/collections menu on the left side, next to the Home button, rather than the far right.

  • Banner Content: Instead of repetitive phrases like “Order All” and "Come For Purchasing" consider using a catchy slogan that resonates with your target audience’s lifestyle.

  • Section Headings: The “Top Selling” and “Best Selling” sections appear redundant. Renaming the “Best Selling” section could provide clearer differentiation.
