Hi,

Thank you for reaching out with your question. Here are some suggestions to help you analyze and improve your online store’s conversion rate:

Analyzing Conversion Rate:

  • Navigate to Admin -> Analytics to check the online store conversion rate. This will show you at which step potential customers are leaving.
  • If there’s a significant drop at the Add to Cart stage, it suggests issues with the store’s appearance, navigation, product offerings, or pricing.
  • A drop at the Checkout stage indicates possible concerns with pricing, shipping options, or payment methods.
  • If the drop occurs at the Session Converted stage, it’s likely there are issues with your payment gateway preventing successful transactions.

Store Improvements:

  • Navigation Bar: It’s more intuitive to place the products/collections menu on the left side, next to the Home button, rather than the far right.

  • Banner Content: Instead of repetitive phrases like “Order All” and "Come For Purchasing" consider using a catchy slogan that resonates with your target audience’s lifestyle.

  • Section Headings: The “Top Selling” and “Best Selling” sections appear redundant. Renaming the “Best Selling” section could provide clearer differentiation.

  • Product Names: Aim for concise and easily readable product names to enhance clarity for customers.

  • Shop Buttons: Having both “Shop” and “Shop Now” buttons can be confusing. Ensure each button has a specific purpose and leads to distinct collections if applicable.

Kate_WSQ_6-1715238393656.png

  • Product Introduction: Replace vague terms like “quality product” with detailed introductions of different product collections to create a more organized page layout.

  • Footer: Address the repetition in the footer section. Ensure it includes essential information such as return policy, terms of service, and FAQs to establish credibility and encourage purchases.

I hope these suggestions help you optimize your store for better performance and customer experience. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need additional assistance. I’m here to help!

Hi,
I am piloting a tool to do detailed Website Content Audits for landing Pages (https://www.saleso.ai/product/website-content-feedback-tool ). As a part of that, generated a detailed report for your page here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1P0O-S6cgpvxkt9bPlF_o-lNm3mujtcS1/view?usp=sharing. If that is cumbersome, you can also find a summary here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HV9V3_sFqMgZzmA5Qoe8DVedXx8Sp4xc/view?usp=sharing. Hope this is useful to you. If possible, do give me feedback on it.
