Why am I getting no views or sales after four months online?

I have been on Shopify for four months now adding new items. In my draft I have over 1200 items to list now, issue is I am getting no views nor orders.

 Have been online for a decade and done well, can someone just be blunt with my shop.

1. Add a hero banner

Good categorization can help customers discover products they didn't know they wanted. 

Well-defined categories can improve your website's Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Search engines can better understand and index your site's content, making it more likely to appear in relevant search results, which can drive organic traffic to your site.

4. Highlight core products and Brand features

• To enhance clarity and readability, the product description should be structured into well-defined categories. Categories such as 'Dimensions,' 'Quality Materials,' and 'About This Item' can effectively organize the content, making it more user-friendly and informative.
• Highlight brand features to persuade the customers why they should buy your products it can be the information focus on unique, vintage-style designs that may appeal to customers who appreciate ornate and classic aesthetics in their home furnishings

5. Prepare for Valentine 

• Create a special collection of items that fit the Valentine's theme. 
• Special discount: I have to say that customer love discount but if it is sale all year long they will lose urgency to buy your products so combine with a countdown timer is better

Thank you that banner is beautiful. I'm just concerned going forward with having multiple sellers and adding in 1,000's of products is the time (so, much time) going to be worth it. Just can not seem to get the mojo here going.
