I’m getting traffic but having trouble getting sales… any recommendations you can provide me?

1. First of all, when I try to add any product to cart or choose an option, this error message "Parameter Missing or Invalid: Required parameter missing or invalid: items" would appear. You can refer to the image below.

After multiple attempts to refresh the page, I was finally able to add a product to cart.

I am assuming that this error message might be the root cause why you are able to get traffic but not conversion as visitors probably was not able to proceed with the purchases. My recommendation is to check back your backend codes to see whether there is any bugs. 

 

2. Social proof and guarantees

 

To increase the credibility of your store, you can also show actual statements from real customers on what they have said about your products. Guarantees for delivery, payment security or money-back can also help you gain trust from the visitors. They might not be a game changing factor but still, they can contribute to the purchasing decision of the customers.

1. Add favicon for your store  

A favicon is a small, distinctive icon that appears in the browser tab when visitors open your site. Having a favicon for your store will make it unique and help customers easily recognize it.

2. Resize your hero image 

Your hero image is currently too large, which can waste customers' time scrolling down. It would be better to resize the image to a smaller size so that it fits in one section on the homepage.

3. Change the color hover mouse state for CTA button 

Consider making the CTA button more attractive and engaging by adding a color change or animation effect, such as a shadow, when the mouse hovers over it. This will inform visitors of their actions.

4. Add social proof for products

Testimonials or ratings always play an important role in building trust with your customers. I bet that your customers will be more trusted when seeing this and no more hesitation to click buy one.

5. Add product variant for the featured products

I noticed that the featured products section on the homepage does not display product variants. This can be inconvenient for customers who want to purchase a different variant of a product. I suggest that you provide enough information about product variants on all pages so that customers can easily buy the variant they want.

6. Create promotion campaign for the upcoming events

  • Plan special promotions or discounts for these occasions
  • Create engaging and festive graphics to attract holiday shoppers
  • Optimize your website for mobile users, as many shoppers will be browsing on smartphones

  • Utilize social media to expand the reach of your promotional campaign by sharing promotion posts or running ads
  • Design holiday-themed landing pages to highlight your featured products, promotions, and campaign details. Aim for uniqueness so that visitors can easily recall your page.

I have quick review your store also scan with page speed.
some tip I can suggest to you
1. improve current UI/UX. you have a nice designer, but need to improve to more friendly with customer, for example banner is too big. first screen is very important. not only this I see many small thing you should improve for this part.
You know to make customer decide to buy a product they need just your store 
2. improve performance. after scan I see on mobile you have 40 score. it's very low and not good for SEO
