Hello @SimpleCo

I've gone deeply through your store and it looks so impressive i must say but while going through it, i discovered some things which i guess you don't notice:
1- FAQ page : They are a great way for customers to get quick answers to their questions, and may help to encourage them to purchase your products as they will have more confidence in your store after having their concerns addressed.
2- Chatbot and review: this aid traffic and helps with retaining.
3- Retention funnel: this is a funnel that helps to nuture and manage the traffic visting your store, for example you need to set up a sign up form or pop up form by which you can be able to
generate the leads of subscribers after which we can now set up a campaign and News letter so that you can be able to reach out to your subscribers and let them know if there is New product to purchase, this will turn the visitors to potential buyers or customers. All these need to be done before you start running ads, which will now be the final work to properly.

I hope the above is useful to you.

Hi @SimpleCo,

This is Richard from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App. First of all, congratulations on your new store, it looks stunning that I bet you put a lot of effort into it. However, I would like to give some suggestions to make it even better and gain more sales.

1. Make the brand logo more iconic

The brand logo in your header appears like a regular picture and somehow creates a sense of an unprofessional impression. You can consider replacing it with a more iconic logo.

2. Make the header sticky

A sticky header allows customers to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements whenever they scroll up or down on the page. It is also the fastest and the most useful way to access the necessary information for the customers when they reach your website.

3. Add a CTA to your hero banner

Having a well-structured call-to-action (CTA) is crucial for any webpage, especially the homepage, as it can guide visitors to the desired location and showcase the best items of your store or campaign.

Failing to include CTAs such as "Buy Now" or "Shop All" on the hero banner would be a missed opportunity, as CTAs are effective in encouraging visitors to explore more and make a purchase.

4. Make the product list synchronized

As I see from your Feature Products section, it appears that only the second product item has a call-to-action (CTA) button and payment methods displayed underneath it. This inconsistency may give the impression that the section is incomplete or contains errors. Therefore, it is advisable to remove them or add the CTA to the remaining product items.

5. Reduce the number of items in Feature Products

From my expertise, featuring too many product items on your website can make it look cluttered and disorganized. To improve the visual appeal of your website, I suggest limiting the number of products displayed to 4-8 items and arranging them in no more than 2 rows.

To showcase additional products, consider using a "View More" button that visitors can click to discover the rest of the items. This will help to maintain a clean and organized appearance while also providing visitors with the opportunity to explore further.

6. Add background color to your footer

The background color of your footer seems to blend in with the overall background color of your website's theme. To distinguish the material between sections and draw your visitors’s attention to the key content, I advise you to choose a new color.

7. Check device responsiveness

Check across devices to make sure the content is well aligned with the screen size.

Furthermore, you can consider using a page builder app with a Shopify theme made for this niche to enhance your store appearance and increase mobile experience for customers. You can check out the following themes Blum, Sense, Dawn…

I hope that you will not lose motivation in the face of any challenges or obstacles.

Good luck and have a nice day!

Best regards,

Richard | PageFly

@SimpleCo

Welcome to the Shopify community.

Hope you are doing well. Here are a few suggestions.

Logo: You should need a proper logo to represent your brand. It should communicate your brand's message, values, and identity. It should be simple, distinctive, and memorable.

Logo Size: It’s important to note that your logo does not need to be exactly 410 pixels wide by 205px high.

Front Images: Use good quality featured and right dimension banner images with call-to-action buttons to captivate user attention. It should be resized images for mobile screens.

Please read these blogs:

https://www.oscprofessionals.com/blog/shopify-image-sizes-the-ultimate-guide/

Images should be in the best format.

https://www.oscprofessionals.com/blog/how-to-specify-image-dimensions-for-shopify-images/

Homepage: Homepage designs guide your visitors around your website. To engage visitors you need to work on the homepage layout design.

Include trust indicators on the homepage. Homepage content should be strategically decided. You can add a ‘Call to action banner’ ‘New arrivals’, ‘Top selling products, Most popular collection, announcement bar, Today's deals, and offers, etc on the homepage to engage users.

Your store should be clear navigation. The store should have easy to access the shopping cart.

Add Blog: You know creating/adding blogs gives you a great way to generate fresh content on a website and provide a catalyst for email marketing, and social media promotion to drive search traffic to your website.

Blogs build trust with your customers and improve shopify SEO ranking. Blogs can boost sales.

Trust Signals: Show off trust signals and customer testimonials to boost conversion. Customer testimonials and trust Signals build customers' trust and help customers to feel more secure in their buying decision.

Improve SEO, links, usability, and performance score to increase conversion & sales (Your page could be better)

Check your store with the Page insight tool to get the score. because the low mobile score can kill the website traffic and lose revenue. optimizing a Shopify site for high page load speed is a major priority.

Compare your store with your competitors. Also compare your product price with others. Also check the shipping cost you are  offering.

Google Search Console :

Is your website exist on the search result page? (Your brand name). If yes then it's good to see, google is indexing and the user will reach you easily. Unless your store is completely invisible.

If you are not using the Google Search Console yet, set it up now. Google Search Console report will let you know if your pages are indexed or not at all. If none of your pages can be found by Google, then it may have an issue, as this means no organic traffic at all. And No traffic means no Conversion.

  • Find the Pages, Where You Lose the Most Customers. Convert More of the Shoppers Who Put Products in Their Carts. Check your store bounce rate.
  • Showcase How Popular Product Pages Are. Promote Offers With Push Notifications in the form of Popups or announcement bars. Optimize Your Product Pages.
  • Look at the difference between your New Visitors and your Returning Visitors. For most Shopify stores, your returning visitors will have a much higher conversion rate than your new visitors.

You need to focus on the following points........

  • Highlight product benefits clearly
  • Allow guest checkout.
  • Choose relevant keywords
  • Identify your target customers.
  • Use design to improve user experience.
  • Create Content That Converts
  • Mobile-friendliness
  • Check bounce rate regularly
  • Offer competitive prices
  • Send Relevant Emails
  • Make Use of First-time Offers

Hope these points will help you! We will share with you a free audit report of your store If you wish!

Hello @SimpleCo,

I am Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $5Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.

Having taken a close look at your store, I believe that below suggestions could help drive sales.

1. I noticed you are still using the Shopify default.myshopify.com domain as the primary domain. I suggest you to change your primary domain to a more branded name like simpleco.com. This helps you establish your brand and build trust in your online store.
You can refer this Shopify guide to change your primary domain.
2. A FAQ would be useful to provide quick information to help customers make a purchasing decision and also to reduce the time your employees need to answer simple questions.
3. Make About Us more personal, likable, and believable so that, your prospects are more likely to be comfortable buying from you.
4. Developing an optimal SEO product title and URL can assist search engines in accurately identifying your products and increasing traffic to your online store. Hence, strive to create distinctive and precise product titles and URLs.

5. Add average ratings for each product
Including both user rating and number of ratings on the products will help users to make decision whether to buy your product or not.
6. Add sticky header
Adding sticky header allow users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them.
7. Add Blogging in the store
Blogging is an amazing way to drive traffic to your website and increase your SEO. The more your blog, the more content the search engines have to crawl and index. This means they can easily recognize that your site is a resource of information for people to access.
8. Replace all broken images

9. Display store's contact info like phone number, email address, and office address in the Contact Us page.

I trust this will be of benefit to you.
