Hello @nagissoi,

My name is Tobias from Delm Delivery Date Estimator.

I have taken a look at your store and have some feedback for you. If my suggestions are helpful, please let me know by clicking the "like" button on my post.

Proofreading: There are several misspellings in your collection names and pages, such as "Abut us", "skirt", and "sport accessories". This can make your store look unprofessional and unserious. It is important to proofread your site and fix any spelling and grammar errors.

Product Quality and Sourcing: It is important to consider the quality of the products you are selling and where they are sourced from. Based on your store, it appears that your products may be cheap and sourced from China (no offense!). This can be a turn off for some customers, as they may associate low quality with products made in China. It might be worth considering sourcing products from other locations or looking into higher quality products.

Product Categories: It can be helpful to focus on selling specific product categories that are related to each other. This can make it easier for customers to navigate your store and find what they are looking for. It also helps to establish your store as a specialist in a certain category.

Product Descriptions: Your product descriptions are hard to read and too generic. It is important to write detailed and engaging descriptions that accurately describe the product and highlight its features. This can help customers understand the product better and make a decision to purchase it.

Store logo: The store logo does not look trustworthy. The logo is the first thing that a customer sees when they visit a website, and it can be a huge factor in determining whether or not they trust the store. A professional and well-designed logo can help establish trust and credibility with your customers.

Header Navigation: There are too many navigation items in the header. This can make it difficult for customers to find what they are looking for. It is important to keep navigation items to a minimum and only include what is necessary. This can help customers find what they are looking for quickly and easily.

Good luck and kind regards

Hello @nagissoi,

Tobias made a few great points. Something else you could look into is: On which page(s) are your visitors mostly dropping from your website? This could provide a clue as to what things you should improve upon first. Are a lot of visitors reaching checkout and still dropping out? It could mean that your checkout process needs to be improved, but whenever you have extreme drop rates, it could also mean that your visitors are running into some kind of error that prevents them from purchasing. Whenever I had too few purchases when compared to my visitors, I would enable Live Chat support for my online shop. I'd talk to visitors and ask them why they're not completing the purchasing process.

Regards,

Moritz

If I helped you, please consider getting in touch with me for a 10 minute interview. I'm looking to build software that helps online shops. Me and my two team members would like to talk to you to find a good problem to tackle with software.
