I’m a seeing small traffic on my online store www.mareslieapparel.store but I’m not converting visitors into customers. What could be the reasons for this, and how can I improve my sales?
i see a RepAI chatbot on the site is that getting any conversations?
I just added it last night. I'm still observing and see how it goes.
Actually I have my own AI sales agent (https://apps.shopify.com/debales-ai-chatbot) and we are actually able to convert visitors to customers.

Oh btw i was also looking at your store. Currently the social links(Insta and tiktok) are all going to the Shopify profiles, you might want to fix that.
