Hey guys, im getting like 100 daily sessions but absolutely no conversions. I have not made one organic sale through my online store and my $320 in total sales have come from Shop or other sales channels. Can someone see what the problem is? Thanks in advance.

Hello @linklogic
We had a look at your sites and saw your amazing works. However, there is only a few things we notice that you can make a change to create a better customer experience and boost your sales.
1. Header:
- Too much banner on your header, we notice the first banner is overlay another one but with the same content. You should consider to remove some and maybe left only one banner on your header.
- Make your header sticky to allow your customers access to any categories that they want while scrolling through your site.
2. Add hyperlink:
You can add a hyperlink in this section to redirect customers to the sign up page, this will enhance the chance of having new customers.
3. Products section:
- There is a large white space between your products and CTA buttons, while the payment information under it is too close with the section name. Consider to re-arrange it and clear the unnecessary white space
- Make sure your products name and price align evenly, highlight the price and optimize the products name to make it look better and eye-catching
- Same issue with the white space
4. Pagespeed Insights:
Make sure your site speed performance always good to provide a good customer experience for your customers. You can optimize your image files, theme codes, remove any unnecessary codes or apps to improve the speed.
Hope these can helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
Regards,
Ali Reviews team.

Welcome to the Shopify community.
Hope you are doing well. Here are a few suggestions.
Logo: You should need a proper logo to represent your brand. It should communicate your brand's message, values, and identity. It should be simple, distinctive, and memorable.

Front Images: Use good quality featured and right dimension banner images with call-to-action buttons to captivate user attention. It should be resized images for mobile screens.

Homepage: Homepage designs guide your visitors around your website. To engage visitors you need to work on the homepage layout design.
Include trust indicators on the homepage. Homepage content should be strategically decided. You can add a ‘Call to action banner’ ‘New arrivals’, ‘Top selling products, Most popular collection, announcement bar, Today's deals, and offers, etc on the homepage to engage users.
Your store should be clear navigation. The store should have easy to access the shopping cart.

Improve SEO, links, usability, and performance score to increase conversion & sales (Your page could be better)
Check your store with the Page insight tool to get the score. because the low mobile score can kill the website traffic and lose revenue. optimizing a Shopify site for high page load speed is a major priority.
Compare your store with your competitors. Also, compare your product price with others. Also, check the shipping cost you are offering.
Google Search Console :
Is your website exist on the search result page? (Your brand name). If yes then it's good to see, google is indexing and the user will reach you easily. Unless your store is completely invisible.
If you are not using the Google Search Console yet, set it up now. Google Search Console report will let you know if your pages are indexed or not at all. If none of your pages can be found by Google, then it may have an issue, as this means no organic traffic at all. And No traffic means no Conversion.
You need to focus on the following points........
Hope these points will help you! We will share with you a free audit report of your store If you wish!

Hi @linklogic,
This is Richard - CRO Expert from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App. After having a look around your store, I would love to give you my suggestions for your Homepage that would probably boost sales and improve conversion rates for it.
1. Make the header sticky
A sticky header allows customers to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements whenever they scroll up or down on the page. It is also the fastest and the most useful way to access the necessary information for the customers when they reach your website.
2. Clarify the announcement bars
I noticed multiple announcement bars, with the top one overlapping the second, which may create confusion for customers and give the site an erroneous appearance.
Additionally, the top two bars have similar content; removing one could create a cleaner, less cluttered experience for visitors.
3. Change the favicon
It is advisable to have a more visible favicon for your store, which will make your store unique and help customers easily recognize it.
4. Add a CTA to the sign up section
If your customers are interested in subscribing your brand, it is pretty hard for them to find where to sign up. Creating a CTA button (beside the sticky one on the left) can simplify joining and help you to gain more customers.
5. Item alignment
The product lists are not well - aligned with each other since some products have long tittles, some products do not, ect.
You can make them align in one line to make the site more professional.
Moreover, the ATC buttons are way too far from the product list and it's advisable to remove this separation.
Same issue with the product description below:
6. Realign the payment method
The payment display seems out of place and unappealing. I recommend centering it and add proper top and bottom spacing.
7. Check device responsiveness
Check across devices to make sure the content is well aligned with the screen size, especially the mobile now since it looks messed up and disorganized.
Site speed
Pagespeed is extremely crucial for both buyer’s experience and Google ranking, so you could consider Shopify themes made to help you boost Google pagespeed score for your store such as Blum, Refresh, Dawn…
You can also improve your page speed by optimizing your images or reducing unused code on your site.
Good luck and have a nice day!

Richard | PageFly

Hello, I have fixed the issues (working on the favicon and making a mega menu). Thank you so much for the help so far. Is there anything else I can improve?
Hello @linklogic,
I am Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $5Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot. I am here to support you.
There could be several reasons why you're not seeing any conversions despite getting daily traffic to your Shopify store.
Here are a few things to consider:
1. Quality of traffic
While it's great to have daily traffic, it's important to make sure that the traffic is high-quality and relevant to your products. You may want to look at where your traffic is coming from (organic search, social media, ads, etc.) and make sure that you're targeting the right audience.
2. Website design and user experience
Your website design and user experience could be affecting your conversion rate. Make sure that your website is easy to navigate and that your products are displayed in a visually appealing way. You may also want to consider adding customer reviews or social proof to your product pages to help build trust with potential customers.
3. Product descriptions and pricing
Your product descriptions and pricing may not be compelling enough to convert visitors into customers. Make sure that your product descriptions are detailed and highlight the unique features and benefits of your products. You may also want to consider adjusting your pricing strategy to make your products more competitive.
4. Checkout process
Your checkout process could be causing visitors to abandon their carts. Make sure that your checkout process is streamlined and easy to use. You may also want to consider offering multiple payment options to make the checkout process more convenient for customers.
5. Marketing strategy
Finally, your marketing strategy may not be effective in driving conversions. Make sure that you're using a mix of marketing channels (social media, email, ads, etc.) to reach your target audience. You may also want to consider offering promotions or discounts to incentivize customers to make a purchase.
It's important to keep in mind that building a successful e-commerce store takes time and patience. It may take some trial and error to find the right strategy that works for your business. Don't hesitate to make adjustments and test different tactics to see what works best for you.
