Hi,

 

Please see one of my product page - [REDACTED]

 

I've gotten about 15 clicks from Google search ads, but not getting any sales. I am targeting over 90+ countries that have good GDP per capita.

 

Please also advice if my store design is nice.

 

Should I try to run ads again?

Hi there,

 

a few thoughts after a quick scroll of your site.

 

- Your store branding is quite good

- pricing seems high to me ( though I’m not really sure how much webcams are these days)

- I’d work on structuring your product descriptions better. The information is good, but it’s just spewed and it doesn’t allow customers to quickly skip through. 
- what’s your question targeting like right now?

I'm targeting users with product name on Google search ads. Targeting over 90 countries. I got 15 clicks and my funds run out with no sales. Should I run ads again? This time target only usa and canada.

Homepage: (First Impression is the last impression)

The homepage is the first landing page your customers will see after opening the website. Yours is done beautifully. Some corrections will make the website look more professional and appealing to customers.
1. Add featured products on the home page with add to cart option.

2.Featured Products / all Title should be Optimized and Seo Friendly 

3.Home page banner does not resonate with the brand. It can be changed.

4.Add sticky add to cart button on home page collection features.
5.Add a Lead magnet section on Home Page.
6.If Possible, add Instagram feed on the home page.

7.Highlight the USP of your product or service.

Collection and Product Page:
- Add Sticky add to Cart and Buy now Button for quick checkout 

- Add Products Bages like New, 10% Off, You Save 20$ or Free Shipping
- Add Mouseover on 2nd image Features.

 

Conversion Rate Optimization strategies:

-Introduce discount coupons and codes to attract more customers.

- User generated content like verified reviews or Instagram feed to attract the customer.

-Upsell and cross sell at cart pages to increase average order value.

 

SPEED Optimization:

Your site might be in need of Optimization too. As per Google Insights, your site score is 34 which means that attention is required here. A well-optimised site rates 60+ for mobile version, this affects your SEO ranking and decides how many customers/visitors view or find your website as 80% visitors use mobile to place the order. This is especially important if you don't want to invest in advertisements.

Speed optimization is required to increase sales and traffic. Also, if your speed is not good, your website ranking will definitely fall.

I go through the site and notice a few important things are missing on the product page.

 

  1. Product description in too long. No one want to read a bunch of a paragraph, so we need to breakdown the product description in sub topics such as Specifications, Features etc.
  2. We need to add a product video in the media section that will create a customer to think and view about the products.
  3. We also need to add the related products so that they can view multiple similar products at once.
  4. Highlight the key feature and also add badges like 10% Off, You Save 20$ or Free Shipping.

I am sure these thing might help to increase your sales.

First of all, your store looks great! I can see that your store has a consistent look, detailed product description and a customer support chat. Though being quite fantastic, this store might need some alterations to become even better. Here are my recommendations to enhance customer experience

 

1. Header

  • Make the logo smaller: The logo should be appropriately sized to be easily recognizable without overwhelming the rest of the header. I recommend you resize it for a balance between visibility and not taking up too much space 
  • Make the header sticky: Implement a sticky header that remains fixed at the top of the screen as users scroll down the page. Not only does it highlight important navigation options but also helps your customers navigate easily, thus driving more engagement.

 

2. Hero section for the product page

I suggest changing the text into an appealing photo of your products with a prominent call-to-action (CTA) button. It helps encourage visitors to take the next step, such as exploring product details, adding the item to their cart, or initiating the purchase process

 

3. Comparison between products

 

This section can show the unique selling points and advantages of each product in comparison to others. Therefore, customers can easily identify which product suits their demand and make decisions quickly.
