Hey @LitttleBit,
Welcome to the Shopify Community!
I can imagine it might be frustrating to put effort into driving traffic to your website, only to see that visitors aren't converting into customers. It's important to remember that this happens to a lot of people and that it doesn't necessarily reflect on the quality of your product or your ability to sell it.
That being said, there may be some things you can do to help improve your conversion rate. For example, it's possible that some visitors are having a difficult time navigating your website or figuring out how to purchase your product. You may want to consider asking others to review your website and provide feedback on their experience, so you can improve the user-friendliness of your website. If you wanted to share your URL in this thread, we would be happy to help you with this.
It's also worth exploring whether your product is resonating with your target market. Understanding your target audience can be a key component of creating a product that sells well. Sometimes a small tweak to your product offering can make a big difference in terms of how appealing it is to your customers.
Lastly, it's important to remember that building trust with potential customers takes time. It can be helpful to provide social proof of your product's value, such as customer reviews or photos, to help reassure visitors that your product is high quality and trusted by others.
We have a really great blog here that goes into detail on the different strategies you can focus on for your store's first 30 days. Feel free to have a good read of it to help you build your own business strategy.
And while I'm here, if you'd like us to review your store to see if there are any pieces of feedback we can offer, feel free to reply with a link to your storefront. Remember to be patient with yourself - building a successful online business takes time and effort.

Hi @LitttleBit ,
This is Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder App.
I have just some small suggestions for a better chance of gaining sales. May it help!
1. Have a favicon for your store
If your store has a favicon, customers can recognize your store easier when they surf on the browser and might remember about it. It also shows your professionalism too. Here is the Shopify guide for it: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/images/add-favicon
2. Improve your sticky header and hero banner
Your header and first hero banner should show almost the things to attract visitors. Let's get consumers to know exactly what you're having in 5 seconds first. You should shorten your header. The logo image is too big when your menu is poor:
You should use a slideshow or video/GIF to show on your hero banner. The movement can attract more intention. Then, it can help to show more of your products at first glance. Sometimes
people just come and leave in 5 seconds if they do not find what they want.
3. Add sections to build customer's trustworthy
To build your store's reliability, you should add:
4. Prepare for the holiday campaigns
There are so many upcoming holidays from now till the end of the year, you should not miss them. Many stores have dedicated gift guide sections, crafting exclusive offers and discounts tailored for them. For example, designing Father's Day-themed banners and product showcases. These strategies will help capture the attention of customers and inspire them to buy more, increasing your overall conversion rate during this special occasion. Or you can prepare for Halloween, BFCM, ...
I hope this will be helpful to you. In case you have any questions or comments, feel free to let me know.
Good luck and have a nice day! Cheers!
