Feedback for your online store from the community
What is your niche? I just looked at your site and I can’t work out what you do, your niche, your style, etc. it looks like a market place of dropship products in various niches with no story or brand.
at the bottom of your site you haven’t removed empty collection sections so your visitors will see ‘enter collection title here’.
with no branding, no story, no niche, no particular market you’re aiming at and lots of different types of products in various different categories with what looks like dropship photographs you will struggle to gain any trust.
Do you have social media?
A few things I would try to improve in your store:
-The logo background/size is a little large in my opinion, I would scale it down some. Also the second black bar with social media icons looks odd, I would move it or remove it from the store.
-Add an "about us" page or FAQ page
-Create "Policy Pages" and link to them in your footer (T&C, Shipping, Refunds etc) search engines want this information to be available to show your website
-Add "quick-add" buttons to your product collections, it will remove one step between a customer and their purchase
-I'd also consider adding an image banner at the top of the homepage with a call-to-action button ("Shop Now") you want customers to take a desired action ASAP when they land on your website.
-Once you are happy with the way your store looks, run some social media ad campaigns using high quality images or videos (best to hire an expert to setup the ads)
-Use unpaid social media channels to grow your brand awareness and reach customers (FB page, Instagram channel, Tiktok, YouTube reviews etc)
Some Questions To Ask Yourself:
-Are my prices competitive?
-Why should a customer choose my brand over more well established competitors?
-Does my stores content stand out? Is it unique?
Additional Thoughts:
It looks like you are on the right track, but the store needs more content about your brand and the overall design could use some work. Hiring an expert or if you can't do that right now, some YouTube tutorials could be very beneficial. Also, I say this in a constructive way not as an insult, but it looks like AliExpress (or another dropshipping supplier) postings were essentially copy and pasted into your store. It is best to have unique, high quality images and descriptions.
I hope these tips are useful to you. Don't hesitate to reach out for help with your store!

Hello @SeganNP
I'm Garcia, an CRO expert from PageFly, a Shopify Advanced Page Builder App. I like your products, they are really unique. However, there is room for improvement and I hope they help you.
1. Overall
2. Add product feature section
Showcase your top products in a visually appealing section. Include high-quality images, brief descriptions, and links to product/service pages.
3. Highlight core products and Brand features
If your cosmetics and baby products prioritize natural, safe, and non-toxic ingredients, this can be a powerful USP. Highlighting your commitment to providing products that are gentle on both babies and mothers' skin can appeal to health-conscious consumers.
4. Add size guide on buy section in product page
Including a size guide directly on the product page reassures customers that they are making the right choice regarding size. This reduces hesitation and increases their confidence in making a purchase.
5. Prepare for Valentine sale
Hope my suggestions can help you a bit,
Garcia
