Feedback for your online store from the community
It has been nearly three weeks since I launched my new products, and during this time, I have made improvements to my website's image, videos, rules, and pages to make it more attractive. Additionally, I have been running ads on Facebook and Instagram, which have resulted in approximately 200-300 clicks to my store every day. However, despite these efforts, I have not made any sales, and sometimes the clicks last for less than one second. I am uncertain about what steps to take next. What should I do now?

Hi @TH22 ,
This is Garcia from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder App.
Congratulations on your new store! It looks amazing and professional, and it's clear you've worked hard on it. Homepage is the heart of your online store. It’s one of the most important place where your visitors first get an impression of what you’re offering. From the homepage, they navigate to anywhere else on the site. That's why I'd love to share some suggestions as hereby:
1. Make the text that overlays your hero banner is legible
The hero banner section is a critical part of any homepage, as it is the first thing that visitors see. That's the reason why you need to use high-quality images or videos on this banner as well as include strong and concise messages to grab customers' attention. Make sure that visitors can easily read your message on the hero banner. In this case, you can use text that overlays images or use a semi transparent text background overlay. The call to action button also be highlighted and easy to realize
2. Use the high-quality image on your homepage
Low-quality images can make first-time users underestimate your product and your site. Meanwhile, high-quality photography on homepages creates a positive tone and a good first impression.
3. Highlight Core Product and Brand Features on the Homepage
Summarize and highlight core product and brand features, including key product details and attributes, free shipping availability, and return policy information on the homepage. You can see the below image as a typical example.
4. Add shipping formation to your footer
Difficult-to-find shipping information can be one reason to impede users’ ability to make a purchase decision.
So, you can use direct or indirect links to secondary site content in the footer to meet diverse user needs and avoid unconventional phrases when labeling footer links.
5. Prepare section for upcoming holiday
Furthermore, don’t pass on promotion campaigns from now until the end of the year. You have an enormous chance to get a higher CRO based on preparing carefully for the upcoming holidays. Many businesses are already gearing up for festivities like Black Friday, Cyber Monday (BFCM) and Halloween. Let's take a look at these expert insights to further enhance your holiday preparations.
Hope these comments will help you a bit.
Cheers,
Garcia

Hello @TH22,
This is Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $7Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.
1. Add Blogging in the store
Blogging is an amazing way to drive traffic to your website and increase your SEO. The more your blog, the more content the search engines have to crawl and index. This means they can easily recognize that your site is a resource of information for people to access.
2. Ensure your website is user-friendly and optimized for mobile devices.
3. Add product reviews as most of the customers read the review before purchasing the product. Even sometimes by reading reviews, customers may look to understand whether your product will suit their particular situation and make the decision to purchase the product.
4. Send reminder emails about abandoned cart items.
5. Add social media for the store to increase the traffic. By showcasing your social media profiles in the footer, you can raise awareness of your brand and increase your online presence, making it easier for customers to engage with you and share your content.
6. Incorporate relevant keywords into your product descriptions to enhance search engine visibility. Enhance your product pages by including a comprehensive and informative product description that highlights the key features and benefits of your product. This will entice potential buyers to make a purchase.
7. Collaborate with influencers on social media to endorse your products.
8. Testimonials are a good way to increase the trust and will influence the purchasing decision. Also, provide the customers' full name, and profile photo of them to add authenticity and credibility.
9.Engage in live chat with customers to assist them in real-time.
