Why am I still being charged after closing my subscription-based stores?

I need help!! I have stopped using shopify for the past few months but it seems that out of the multiple stores I have created, the first one keeps on charging me $39.99 a month. I paid for the $1 deal for 3 months since August of last year, and the account has been charging me $39.99 since November of last year till now. I've lost $200. Please I need support to stop charging me and refund me my money. And I already closed the store. I closed all the stores I created, and for the store I mentioned above, it is just an assumption, but still. Please, help me get my money back and to stop charging me.

If you’re still being billed, even after closing the store, there might be a billing issue or an active subscription you missed. I recommend reaching out to Shopify Support directly to explain your situation
