You could try telling customers about the inspiration for the design of the pieces, where you sourced the metals, whether they're handmade etc. Things like that help to build a brand story.

Hi @spirit03119 ,

I’m Garcia, the CRO expert at PageFly, the #1 Page builder app for Shopify merchants. I came across your store and am truly impressed with the work you've put in! It must have taken a considerable amount of time and effort.

As a CRO expert, I have some suggestions that could potentially improve your store's conversion rate.

1. Add filters by price/ user ratings/ colors/ size/ … for your collection page.

By doing this, visitors will find it easier to navigate your site and quickly select the items they need. This could lead to a significant boost in both sales and conversion rates. Collection pages typically receive more traffic, and I've noticed that your store offers a diverse range of products. Given this variety, you might want to consider adding filters to your collection page.

2. Use ‘Load More’ instead of infinite scrolling

I would like to suggest using the "Load More" feature instead of long scrolling for a straightforward reason. Given the large number of collections and items, incorporating a "Load More" button would prompt visitors to actively engage and click to see more, giving them a sense of control.

3. Have a secondary hover image and make it identical

This technique not only emphasizes the interactive nature of the element but also enhances its visual appeal. You might consider creating thumbnails for each item or simply removing the background. The aim is to maintain brand consistency and spotlight the collections.

4. Use high-contrast CTAs

Since crafting compelling CTAs is essential for any business, they need to stand out to capture visitors' attention. You can optimize them by using high-contrast colors.

5. Set a mood for your website

I noticed that you have some holiday collections; you might consider infusing them with a sense of holiday urgency. You could begin by adding banners, sticky sections, or announcements. For instance, with Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Christmas approaching, you could start planning a promotional campaign to boost sales or brainstorm ideas for it.

- Add a countdown timer section: You may consider using this feature for limited-time offers or flash sales to create a sense of urgency and encourage visitors to purchase right away instead of some time later.

- Add some feedback and reviews: To build trust with your customers. An important note is that most consumers trust online reviews by their peers more than the claims made by a brand. So make sure you don’t skip this part and potentially lose valuable customers.

I hope you find this helpful. If you do, please let me know by giving it a thumbs-up or marking it as a solution.

Thank you. Have a great day!
